I had high hopes for this Starbucks. As it is close to where I live. But man,It’s bad…I’ve gone 4Xs to this location, and every single time, they don’t have a particular item I want on my iced coffee drink, or they are out of certain sugary syrups… my iced coffees are very watered down with milk. It looks like “Horchata”…Lastly, a couple days ago I went to order a hot medicine bowl, and you guessed it, they were outta of it…and it was in the morning?!?!?
Drive-thru was closed at 6:15 a.m. I was excited because once I ordered at the same time and the service was fast. It was going to be my go to on my way to work but I guess I will stick to the same one I always go to.

They are still training staff to make drinks and take orders.Only the manager knows how to make the drinks.3 times I've had to go back to get my drink fixed.They should have transferred staff from other locations to have more trainers or baristas with experience.
