This is s bright very clean Subway. Food is always fresh and everything is in view. I bypass a Subway nearer my home to go to this one. Service is prompt,employees are polite and neatly attired. Tables are clean and free of debris. Skip MacDonald and go here instead. Yea!

I wasn't very happy with the way I was treated when I asked a few questions and was ignored and could tell the women behind the counter was in a rush to get me out of there ,, she kept saying she couldn't hear what I was saying ,, but the other employee could hear me just fine ,, I found that comment very rude and nasty ,, especially when she added that it was because of my mask which I have every right to wear ,, all I can add to this review is the customer service needs a lot of improvement and if someone is talking to you don't walk away and pretend you don't hear them ,,This is the second time I have been treated this badly by the same older women with glasses who starts the order when you walk in ,,

The environment is very well clean and stocked including the sun station. Due to the store being well kept it's for 3 stars. The staff at this location have poor customer service and crappy job building a sub and no care if the bread is fresh or old. I didn't appreciate the older male employee serving me old bread and scraping the Tuna container for my 2nd sub instead of restocking it. The presentation of the subs and poor quality of bread and terrible customer service. Anytime I addressed a concern the staff would give me attitude very unprofessional. Definitely be filing formal complaint to headquarters.

This is my favorite subway in all of San Diego, the sandwich ingredients look way fresher compared to many other subways I’ve been to and they are very nice service workers! It’s a subway so the bar is pretty low but this one definitely is much higher!
