I went to Subway after I got off work and the lady who works the evening shift is super nice. She works really hard and she always is very sweet. Sometimes she’s by herself and she delivers the food on time. I appreciate her customer service.

I go to subway weekly and get food for my whole family, I always use the online ordering and get a really good deal. Great service and they always get my sandos done before they say they will be ready. I always get a 6 pack of cookies as it's really a great value!

I ordered from the app for pickup because it's convenient and easy. However, I was charged extra for condiments they were out of and therefore, I didn't receive. But no where was I given a credit for the missing condiments. And, I didn't find out until I got home. They also forgot the mayo and sauces. I definitely will NOT be using the app in the future!!
