Don't go here, I've been to subway my whole life and never once have I gotten food poisoning from it. So I have no idea what they're doing in there or have in there in order for me to get food poisoning bad. Never getting a subway sandwich ever again

Subway has been going downhill more and more lately. I ate here with my girlfriend this week and it was $24 for a footlong and a 6 inch sub, no drink or chips included. They even charged extra for my footlong to be warmed, though I'm not sure how much. As if that wasn't bad enough, I heard the girl say that she wishes she had known I had already paid for my sandwich when my girlfriend had gotten hers, because I think she said it cost extra because I didn't get it with the "recommended ingredients" or some nonsense. On the plus side, 1 extra star is deserved because the store is very clean and the staff were very kind.Go watch the John Oliver special on Subway and keep being you! I ordered for pick up two footling avocado turkey clubs with almost all toppings. Get home and there's no avocado on them. They are both small smashed looking with hardly any of the toppings. Called in to tell them and rep said let me get my manager set the phone down not on hold and I heard her say what the call was about and then about 45 seconds later someone hung up the phone. What a rip off. of a sad corporate fail and horrible customer service.

I was amazing experience . The guys that make me sandwich his name is freed was amazing , he knows his job and make me delicious veggies patty. This is first time in this location, I have another that closer my house but is not good at all . I'll back here little farther but is worth.Clean stores and fresh bread. ?Vegetarian options: Veggies patty ?

This is only subway in bonita, we would stop at when visiting, the owner are an absolute delight, so friendly and remembers her customers names. the restaurant is spotless , the food is always fresh. I highly recommend

There's a "guy" who is rude, disrespectful and puts bugs in sandwiches. He also makes lettuce sandwiches. This strip must be cursed. He also tells people to get out when he messes up. Go somewhere else, save your hard-earned money.Kid-friendliness: He crumpled my kids' sandwich that he messed up in the first place and put it unwrapped in a plastic bag. He must hate kids.

If I could leave zero I would. I usually order on the app and stick to sandwiches however on April 2nd I decided for a salad. I ordered the rotisserie chicken salad on the app. The app informed me that I had picked up my order which I hadn't, so I had to call to make sure someone hadn't gotten it in error. Once I finally arrived home with my salad it had no cheese, ZERO chicken. I was already home so I wasn't going to go back I basically ate spinach and onions for 12 bucks. Won't be returning.
I'm loyal customer and always come to this Subway and get a military discount. But with new ownership along with the Eastlake store they do not honor the military discount and when I asked both times, I received a an unprofessional response of "No" ! attitude. I'm not coming back.

Ordered 2 sandwiches..1 veggie delite and 1 meatball. Both were specific with what to put on it. They forgot the pepper jack cheese for the veggie and tomato for the meatball NOT cucumber. Plus I'll be getting on the doordash driver who just dropped our sandwiches off without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Got that on video. This is sad
