Their sign says they open and 9:00am. It's 9:15 and still no one there. Ridiculous. They need people who are punctual
1230 Today. The tiny asian girl at the counter was very rude. She has no customer service at all. Was on her phone and drawing something on her notepad at the cashier and did not acknowledged any customers at all. She waited for her coworker to take care of us while she stood there with a resting b**** face. Pathetic. If you cant do your simple job. Quit or get fired!

I was very sad to say that my tea Chai Tea was weak and the was churchy bits of sugar..or not sure what it was. The server was nice she said they had mini Baby Boba's ?? We never had it but she when Explained there regular Boba was out of until 20 mins wait...I had 6 of us shopping at Seafood City and we weren't going to wait for 2 drinks. My niece order and she wasn't happy with the Earl Grey And for $5.30 for ea. This wasn't what I expected for that amount of money just saying.

I love coming to this Tapioca Express, in my opinion it is one of the top boba places in Chula Vista. You can never go wrong with Tapioca Express and my go to is Black Milk Tea with Boba. It is located inside the Seafood City, but parking is easy to find and usually the service is really quick. I usually go to this spot during my lunchtime and go on a boba run for everyone. The workers are always super nice and I definitely will continue to come!
