The empanadas are just delicious. I am obsessed. I would eat these every day. My favorites are the Chicharrón and Rajas. My kids really enjoyed the pepperoni and Birria. I'm probably going to be eating this at least once a week. This is my second time coming here in a two week period. Haven't gotten around to trying their dessert empanadas but I plan to and I will update the review. The Agua Frescas are really good here. I'm super happy with the food. The service they are super nice. And sweet. Can't wait to see how this place blows up.

came here with my partner 2.16.24 to try out some empanadas after work. service was decent. atmosphere was welcoming. we were served pretty quickly on a friday night. we got 2 empanadas but only managed to take a photo of mine due to my partner wanting to munch on his already. you can't go wrong with a banana nutella empanada. outer layer was crunchy but chewy. inner layer was warm and yummy. partner is a carnivore so he got one with meat. I don't remember the name but he said it was good. got a pineapple agua fresca to share and it was sweet but not to the point where it'll make you regret getting it. will be back for more. r/sm

Good empanadas, friendly staff. Their shrimp one is pretty good actually. I would recommend for a potluck party for sure. I have no pictures because they were that good.

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOOWWW!!!! This place is a gem! First of all, the customer service is unmatched! The second I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcome by, could be the owner? I hear it's family owned which is beautiful. It was my first time and he made me feel so welcomed and right at home! He went over the menu in great detail with me, offered me a free sample of their fruit agua water and threw in a free pasta salad! Now about these phenomenal empanadas!! 10/10!!! They had absolutely no business being that goooood! They were delicious and full of flavor!! I wanted to try them all!! I honestly couldn't even tell you which was my favorite out of the 4 I bought lol then I purchased one for dessert because why wouldn't I?! I ordered the pepperoni pizza, quesabirria, chipotle chicken and bean and cheese. The dessert one was the churro cheesecake. *chefs kiss* I will definitely be back to try more or just get what I purchased today. Each empanada was $4.30 and worth every red cent! I want to bring my family here, they would love it!

I got the mix and match a dozen and It's the best empanadas I tried so far, and the sauce.....It's the best! Perfect combination and it's worth the price! Support our local businesses and you guys should try it.

I was having some work done at nearby Car Audio One, and I walked over to Empanada Spot to kill some time. The shopping center is small and quiet, and I wasn't sure what to expect - but I was very pleasantly surprised!The restaurant was very nice and well maintained or newly renovated. The Empanadas were delicious, as were the salsas (particularly the red Salsas). The Empanadas were a good size, but after initially ordering two I went back to order a third (and then talked myself into a fourth, LOL!).Overall would highly recommend Empanada Spot as a nice 'change of pace' from the normal fast casual dining spots; great food and friendly service made it a great experience.

I had read about this place here and I found myself in the area, so why not, right? This is a small, cute, unassuming place. There's a couple of tables outside which was great since I had Cako. I ordered the pepperoni, the quesabirria, and the chipotle chicken...all very tasty but my favorite was the chipotle chicken...sooooo good! They have a number of soft drinks to choose from but if you'd like a libation, there's a liquor store next door. The staff is really friendly and sweet! I also like how the empanadas are made to order. Cako Approves!

So sorry I did not give you a photo, I usually do, especially when the taste is so wonderful and flavorful busting with fresh ingredients that will make your mouth BEG for more! My first time, (Another Yelp recommendation) and I was delighted. Clean and friendly to the extreme, cozy seating too. Outdoor, of course, but only on a nice day. Easy of the wallet. They are all the way in the back, you will locate them on your right. Long Drive from Linda Vista, but worth it!

It’s so good! Stopped by in the morning to try it out and ended up coming back the same day in the evening to order again. The staff is really friendly and while we waited they let us sample their pineapple and strawberry agua. We will definitely come back again.
