AJ was great as he was very focused on our needs. The food never disappoints. My favorite by farWheelchair accessibility: Possibly a couple more disabled parking spots. I noticed that a lot of seniors like myself frequent the location where I go

Worst Prime rib in the area. 5 local near by restaurants are much better!! Save your money...I brought left over prime rib gonna bake it in stew bag and give it seasoning and life.

We had a very nice meal. Rhaeleen was very friendly and attentive. The moonshine lemonade was wonderful. The sampler appetizer was hit and miss. The chicken tenders were dry and chewy & the shrimp were moist and chewy. The potato skins and the fried zucchini were outstanding. I had a rib eye which was a perfect medium rare but a little gristley. The au gratin potatoes were spectacular. My wife had the prime rib which was also medium rare. She loved the prime rib. The mashed potatoes were on the boring side. She got a slice of mud pie for dessert.

Saturday evening, called in at 6:47 pm to see if reservations were available sooner than one hour, they confirmed and booked it. We arrived 5 minutes late (7:35) and were told it would be five or so minutes. Although it was less than two. First thing I noticed was the lack of a large crowd. Second thing I noticed was the plates for appetizers were stacked and I found them unwashed per the pictures. Third thing I found was the silverware wrapped in a cloth napkin were also dirty. Next it was more than fifteen minutes before our waitress came to ask if she could get us waters, I asked for a soda. Almost ten more minutes passed before the drinks came to the table. I was quite thirsty so I ended my first drink fast. Again the waitress was no where to be found. I asked my companion to go up to the bar for a refill, as she did the waitress passed her and my companion asked if it was ok to go to the bar to get it and received a yes. This next part is long and I have reduced the confusing banter between me and the waitress.., My companion ordered a burger and I wanted the "Steakhouse Cobb Salad", this is where it becomes confusing. The picture on the menu states As previous "*". When I ordered it, the waitress asks if I wanted to add a protein, I asked how many grilled shrimp were n the add on order, she didn't know for sure. I said, I wanted both the stark and shrimp if it was at least SIX Shrimp, otherwise I wanted steak and chicken. Now If you look at the add on pricing the Steak is $4 and the Chicken is $2 and the Shrimp is $3. When the waitress returned I asked for an answer and she said she did not get it yet. Then she returned a little later and said so you wanted both Steak and Chicken, I said yes, she then informed me that ordering a second protein on the salad changed the pricing structure so the chicken would now cost. $9. ????? The pricing structure on this $16.99 salad only includes fresh greens, fresh avocado, tomato, applewood-smoked bacon, blue cheese crumbles and the greens pre-dressed in a vinaigrette. I was shocked and taken aback and troubled. She then stated that the base salad is a beginning to add protein to. So for me to get what I intended to get would be $16.99+$4+$9= $29.99. On the salad my final note is they forgot the bacon. Our food order did not arrive until we had been seated for an hour, And for the entire meal we refilled my soda at the bar each time and I was asked by a friend if they provided the bread and that was a no as well. Was it because I was tired and not getting it, maybe but when I order a salad at other places it usually comes with some protein besides the bacon. Overall it was a disappointment, we went because we had a gift card. We most likely will not be going back. The waitress asked if I wanted to speak with her manager and I got a look from my companion that said let it be, so I said no.

We go to the one on sunrise and greenback. And we always sit in the same section of Sir Charles our waiter as we call him. We will not sit any place else except in his section because of his exceptional service. The food is always awesome and I love the salads there.

Main course was served before the appetizer. One person had to send back there steak as it wasn't cooked properly. By the time it was brought back to the table everyone else was finished eating. Very disappointed. The ladies room was dirty. Trash all over the floor. The handicapped stall was out of service (is that even legal?) And 2 of the 3 other stalls had no toilet paper.

Went to Citrus Heights Black Angus steakhouse, expecting a very good meal? instead my friend ordered a ribeye steak, but when we got it, it was cut very thin. It looked like a flank steak or top sirloin? and the lobster was not cooked correctly so the food didn't taste that great?! I ordered oven batter fried shrimp. They were all dry, tasted lousy! One of the worst meals I've had in a very long time and we paid a lot of money for the food we got it was almost $100. It probably wasn't even worth $20!! the waitress never came back to fill my water glass. It was very bad service and the food was lousy. I would never go there again!!! I would've given them zero stars, but I would give at least one star for their effort but that's about it. I even asked the waitress why the steak was so thin it didn't look like a ribeye you would get at the market or any other place she said it was a thin cut. They cut it before they cooked it. I don't believe it.

The service was ok the two stakes we had were cut in the middle like they were checking the meat. One was over cooked. The green beans were old. Basic lack of quality control out of food coming out of the kitchen that night.

This should be a 3.5 but I gave it a 4 because we will probably go back eventually. We were seated pretty quick with a reservation. Our server was professional but she seemed to give us minimal effort. We had to ask for bread and refills. Long story short, but the way she entered our order, we ended up paying more than we should have. I didn't realize it until we had already left. The food was better than good but not great. We ordered a sirloin and a filet and we really couldn't tell the difference. We felt like we wasted money.

Service was great! Steaks were perfect. We had the dinner for two and it was a great deal. We had the prime rib and ribeye steak with garlic butter. Definitely coming back here.

I loved my experience here and will be coming back soon. The steaks were perfect. If there was anything I had to point out that I didn't like, it would only be the lighting. Lol. We were sitting right under a light that was super bright, and it kind of bothered me the whole time. But it wouldn't stop me from going back.
