Good food and great service! We ordered mozzarella sticks and fried pickles for our appetizers and they were delicious and I ordered the burger and fries and was very happy with my burger. Also I recommend the tots and the onion rings. Very tasty and satisfying food.
Don’t order here!They’ve NEVER gotten my delivery order correct, not a single time.Multiple items always missing.Very careless.

It appears that UFC is no longer being shown on the television, and high school sports are being aired instead.The staff members displayed a lack of courtesy and professionalism.On several occasions, I received chicken wings that still had feathers attached, which raises concerns about the quality control measures in place. This includes the oversight of both the cook and the server.During one particular incident, an employee who was still wearing their uniform was observed intoxicated at the bar and engaging in aggressive behavior towards others.

I didn't really want to eat here on this day but, someone claimed they were dizzy and probably needed to eat something when I was ready to go run my errands. Anyways I had some chicken wings and apparently the burgers at Buffalo wild wings are said to be good. I'll be the judge of that on my next visit. I wasn't pleased with the fact that they use baby carrots as garnish instead of fresh chopped carrots and celery. My chicken was good. Lemon Pepper & Chipotle barbeque and he got a cheeseburger with bacon. It was pretty empty and the windows look dark. It's nice and quiet in the day time. The evening is usually full of people with a nice ambience.
2 out of my last 3 pick up orders have been on time and ready to go. My most recent trip was late and I had to wait for 15 mins inside for my order. The seasoning was subpar on the traditional wings and the boneless were probably the smallest I've ever gotten from any Bww.

Overall had a horrible experience, but the atmosphere was 10/10 with the sporting events going on. Waited at the table about 10 minutes before server came. Ordered our appetizer + entrees at the same time. Appetizer comes in about 15 minutes (which wasn’t a problem) My man sitting with me gets his meal 2 minutes after (it was not the right sauce on the wings, but he’s nice so he didn’t say anything) the appetizer comes out. Another server brings out my burger 15 minutes later and I asked her what kind of burger it was and she didn’t know and I said I ordered XYZ and she said yeah that’s what it is and walked away. (she knew it wasn’t the right one) Our server finally comes back 10 minutes after I get my meal and asked how’s everything I tell her it’s wrong and she instantly knew it wasn’t the right burger because it had lettuce on it. She brings it back maybe 10 minutes later, burger is great. Still missing sides from my original order. My man is basically done and I’m just getting my order. To add, was never offered a refill on my drink or anything while I waited years for my order. Also pretty sure it was the manager, I don’t really know who she was honestly because she did absolutely nothing but take this one tables cup and pace laps around the building while I was there. ☺️

It is always the worst when you are craving something enough to spend the money on it. Wings were as solid as jerky, the celery was brown and looked like what I would have taken out fridge and given to my rabbit. I received a beautiful salad with a dressing big enough to fit maybe four pieces of lettuce after paying an extra dollar for it, and missing the drink. Had to drive back and really learned that the customer service was no better than the food. The manager explained that he had fresh celery in back and didn't look at what he had sent. Mind you we took it back so that they would not just think we were complaining. Hostess walked passed with no greeting and when approached said what do you need help with. I would hope they were just having a bad day, but will not be back to find out.
