Every time I go here they say they don’t have icees at the moment. Why have multiple signs advertising a new icee flavor if you never have it? Burger king is known for their icees. They really need to step up their game.

I bought a family bundle and the burgers are cold because they didn't heat or toast the bread. I asked for my potatoes with little salt and the employee pretended to fry the potatoes but ended up serving me cold and salty potatoes.

This burger king made it so I will never go to another one again. They got my meal wrong the first time so I went in very respectfully and they fixed my order. So my daughter and I begin to eat in the car and I finally look down at my bread and there's spots of mold on the bread. I've never been so disgusted by a fast food place and this one does not care about the food they service and also don't care to get the orders correct in the first place.... Thumbs down for burger king.

The manager that worked their was definitely on a power trip some kid managing a burgerking I had a broken foot told me I had to come in to receive my food on the the website it gave me the option to go through the drive through he would not admit that it could be done started yelling at me then didn’t even give me the whole order hopefully he will grow up but burgerking you need to replace the child I promise you will make more money at this store

I was having a very rough night and needed a “late night pig-out”. Thinking the restaurant closed at 1am I came at 11:50 thinking there was an hour until close. The lady working (Wednesday 9/27/23) was very kind to me and really made my night. She even made onion rings fresh for me even though they closed in 10 minutes. I didn’t catch her name but I hope someone in upper management sees this review and says something to her. It was much needed and very appreciated!

It takes a LOT for me to send food back, especially to a fast food restaurant, but this whopper jr from this BK was so disgusting I had to. The entire burger, not just the patty had been nuked in the microwave. Tge employee explained they do that to melt the cheese and he agreed it was nasty “that’s why he doesn’t order with cheese” ? bro.The Mayo was that nasty translucent color and the bun was stuck to the patty. This is like bottom tier jail food. Nobody should serve this let alone charge money for it. Do better, BK. At least shoot for average. 0/5 and I’ll never go back.

This is now the 3rd time I've placed an order through the app, showed up before closing, and told they were closed. Meaning? Horrible employees trying to save 15 mins and get out early. My Order was placed from the parking lot @ 11:45 pm, I made a scene this time since I heard employees...still no answer...so I finally tried calling, someone answered at 11:53 am and told me he has no food to offer me and that they're closed. As someone who worked at burger king, including closing hours, for 3 years, starting at 15 years old...this is a disgrace. The employees lazy and DGAF about their job, the company or the owner, telling me the franchise owner is clearly ignorant, for having employees so worthless or doesn't care themself.

This could be one of the worst fast restaurants I've been to. Went quite a while, order wrong staff rude. Decided to come back now, drive thru was a lil bit busy, inside was not. 1 guy there. He waited and waited then said screw it and left. My turn, the staff just stared at me, one tried to get the maintenance guy to take my order but he couldn't. Nobody said he be right with you or anything. Just ignored. As I was about to leave a sneaky third employee came out and took my order. She wasn't nice but not flat out rude either. This place just sucks
