Great food and lovely staff. Highly recommended. They have good option and must try for Uzbek food. They owner is so nice and treats customers well and with care. The seating area is nice and comfortable. Make sure to try their kababs and rice with meat.Thank you for the nice service. Also thank you for treating us with tea and baklava.

The most delicious pilaf and shawarma in my life ? No matter how many times I come, I take the same thing and can’t fully enjoy it, it’s always sooo tasty and the portions are always such that I can’t go out without a box to go.The owners of the restaurant, as well as the staff, are very nice people, even after closing several times they did not leave us hungry, for which we thank you very much ?Next time I’ll definitely try manti and samsa, all my friends say that it’s tastier than in Caravan anywhere✨Thank you very much, development to your restaurant ???

I was driving towards Lake Tahoe and decided to stop in to try our native cuisine.This is a blow ?.I come from Tashkent, this place is a slap in the face to the entire Uzbek cuisine!Flatbread... It’s hard to call a sweetish bun from the oven a flatbread. There is tandoor samsa on the menu, but it was replaced with samsa from the oven, why? Tandoor samsa is a hidden gem, it is the food of the gods, hot, with fat tail and broth, with tomato sauce.The pilaf is mediocre, I live in Los Angeles and the food is better there. You don’t even have to talk about how they cook in Uzbekistan... Achik-chuchuk is ok, but it wouldn’t hurt to soak the onion in water to remove the bitterness. Kebabs at $20+ for 2 sticks are clearly too much. This is not Beverly Hills, this is a village, a suburb of Sacramento. A full meal with a side dish, bread, appetizers, salad and sauces costs $20. At the next table they ordered catering for 100 people, God forbid we get something like this for a holiday, we can immediately take pancakes from a shovel.In short, if it was possible to pay a minus tip, I would do it.

Caravan in Sacramento is the only cafe where we liked it, we spent our birthday there, everything was great, clean, neat, and you can feel the kindness and caringness of the staff. Everything was fresh, the pilaf was large in portions, the shish kebab was juicy, and we had never eaten manti like this anywhere else, and I especially liked the lipsticks, they were fresh and crispy, all the food was in large portions, beautifully decorated, a lot of meat was sooooo tasty. Thank you very much. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I tried Manti. What can I say? Meat has small pieces, feels like not fully cooked. The dough is very thin on the bottom, it fell apart, but it's too thick on top. Also too much onions.
