I’m a customer of this location for at least 5 years, but what makes me to up date my review is not only delay for 2 recent orders. What make me sad is that I step in store and see Sara ( the young lady who always serve us perfectly) run around the store ALONE and struggle to make delayed orders ready, this is neither fair nor correct, I guess the management team needs to address this manpower shortage asap otherwise I would escalate it to higher ranks if the company. My ordered delayed 20min at this order.

Orders food online said 20-30 minute wait I get here 35 minutes after ordering to get told they haven’t even started it will be another 30 minutes wait

Don’t bother to send your customers an ETA of pick up. Then you show up and they haven’t even started your order. Email states 22-32 minutes you show up after 32 minutes and your order hasn’t even been started yet. This is my first time ordering Dominos and probably the last time. Hopefully the food is good or I’ll bring it back and ask for a refund. Kind had high expectations and now I’m just like why did I order from here.

Second time at this location and it just hits right. The one in Roseville by a taco bell on sierra college blvd SUCKS... Been there multiple times and takes too long for the order and I've had half a burnt pizza and it just doesn't taste the best burnt or not. But the citrus heights location is WAY BETTER. Idk the environment inside because I do carry out option but it's good ??

Arrived when was supposed to be ready for pickup...still waited 5min. And the pizza and cheese stuffed bread wasn't quality looking at all(air bubbles in both pizzas and only 2 pieces of pepperoni stuffed bread)

Freindly workers, good food.I ordered a large ham pizza. Bacon and spinach emergency pizza(free)Both were good.Ordered on 1/23/24Time around 8pm.
We had a large Hawaiian delivered and it was delicious. However it was $40 and I just can't believe how much more expensive it is than it used to be. Would recommend for customer service and taste, but definitely look for a coupon.

Garlic chicken ? pizza ? was alright. Definitely nothing special. Service was average for this type of establishment. Atmosphere was simple and non welcoming. Prices are good ? and that’s about the only 4 star here. They charge $1 for pepper ?️ and cheese ? now … how disappointing ?

If I could give zero stars I would, made 2 orders over the course of 3 days. Both days the driver did not deliver the whole order, and both times when I called and talked to someone, they were extremely unprofessional and didn't offer an apology. Ali was the driver both times and the second time she made it seem like I was the problem instead of apologizing for the mistake. Dominos has been advertising their great service and this location fails at every mark.
