I always get five they but they are super friendly and never disappoints in their service and attitude. And always gives extra pico I love it!

The food was decent. I felt terrible for the employees. It was far too hot in there. I actually got sick. I complained about the heat. The workers seemed like they had their hands tied. I had to get the restroom key. While I was waiting, I needed to run outside to throw up. It was probably 80+ in there with zero airflow. There were a couple other patrons in there also complaining.

Great food. Getting a little expensive but it’s way better than any taco shop or chain taco diarrhea factory like Del taco, Taco Bell, or Jimboys super sloppy oily diarrhea Mexican food.
Love this place, but the one chef making the creamy cilantro sauce needs to refer back to the recipe. All the other locations have an amazing consistency and flavor, feels like this one skimps on most ingredients.
I had the double chicken bowl, and it was fine other than some of the chicken was kind of crunchy and maybe a little 'burnt', not to be harsh, it was still edible.

I actually drove there to get my Tortilla soup instead of using DoorDash and I did not get any chips.The bag was filled with miniature tortilla stripsNeed to learn to make the soup myself

Counter employees were great, for sure. The lady in the back just laughed when I came back to exchange the dressing. Worst food I’ve ever had at any Pollo Loco in the past 20 years I’ve eating at many other El Pollo Locos.. Got my usual double chicken tostada with cilantro dressing. Old tostada. The beans tasted weird, just overall tasted off. The dressing ruined it. The cilantro dressing looked and tasted like ranch and it was so watery, thinner than the avocado salsa. Couldn’t coat the salad, just runs straight down to the bottom. I went back in, thinking they gave me the wrong dressing and they said that was the cilantro dressing. Really, really disappointed. Oh and the churros were so, so greasy and lacked cinnamon. Maybe old? Sucks, I’m dirt poor and hungry.
