This is my favorite Jack in the Box now. It would receive a 5 out of 5 if they would change one thing. I always ask for freshly cooked fries with a little extra salt, but someone insist on giving me old fries, with a couple bags of salt to add. At that point the salt will not stick to the fries. Everything else is great. I drive out of my way to visit this store. I always use the convenient drive thru. It makes my life much easier.

Haven't eaten Jack in the Box in years. Let me tell you shrinkflation is real ladies and gentlemen. I purchased the ultimate Cheeseburger and boy was I disappointed. It was so small and cute. Still tasty but for the price I sure expected a larger burger.

Drive thru order. The breakfast sandwich was cold. Asked for mayo to be added, no mayo. Hashbrown was undercooked and greasy. Gross! Coffee was hot, but I had to add the cream and sugar myself with nothing to stir it with. The server had no interest in paying attention to details. And moved like a turtle. Not good for morning commuters trying to get to work. Overall experience was disappointing.
