First time eating inside. I received an online deal - Two Jumbo Jacks for 5 bonez$.Added a bit of barbeque sauce and there you go, a great juicy burger on a budget. The white onions, lettuce and tomato were crispy. You can see how juicy my burger was. The atmosphere was calm and casual. Nice crew.

We should've known by the lack of any lit signage! No wonder we never noticed the Jack in the Box on the corner of Greenback and Auburn! The service was shawty at best! The food was TERRIBLE!Fries - Cold!!!Sprite - ice tasted like mildewGrilled Chicken Sandwich - bread wasn't what it used to be ?Got the order wrong, waited 20 mins for them to correct it, and didn't seem too concerned about it either.$41 bucks later!!!Not doin that again!

Who in their right mind puts a gargantuan amount of mayonnaise on a burger? There was more mayonnaise on the burger than the actual burger itself. When I asked to get a replacement for my abomination of a burger, I was treated as though I was a cockroach in a food pantry. The utter look of disgust and attitude I was given was atrocious when I asked for my order to be fixed. If I could go back In time I would never have considered a Jack’s Burger. I’m going to Mickey D’s instead.

Was just @ the Greenback & Auburn on Thursday. Ordered 4 orders of the 2 tacos. I love these things, been eating them forever. This location skimps on the "meat" BIG time. The thinnest smear of meat I ever seen!
