I had The Big Kahuna! Very nice sandwich! I really enjoyed it! Wendy behind the counter was an absolute delight and extremely product knowledgeable. Considering it was my first time there she was amazing and made the whole experience wonderful!

I have been ordering sandwiches here since this location opened. Many times it is weekly orders. The quality has never wavered and is always outstanding and fresh. Each and every order, I have placed, was ready as soon as I have arrived. The employees sometimes recognize me as I buy so frequently and I don't always have to give my name. My order is handed to me. Very clean and welcoming shop. Thank you for the outstanding, continuous service

Came here last night and try Jersey milk for the very first time. Inside the store was clean and the employee was pretty friendly. Ordered a giant sub with BBQ beef. Hot sub normally don’t come with veggie but we requested. I think the quality for the food is ok but need some sauce on the meat and sub. There wasn’t any sauce and so the sandwich came out dry

Ordering the sandwiches were fairly quick, the employees were very friendly and receptive to our preferences, and the sandwiches were full of meat. There was a line of course with the lunch rush, but the employees were quickly working through orders. Ernesto explained all of the options for each sandwich, including the different kinds of breads and cheeses and told us how we could personalize each one. Very friendly guy and he seemed to be manager because we overheard him training some folks throughout the lunch rush too. Sky finished up our sandwiches with the veggies and toppings and she made quick work of dressing them up with plenty of extras like their tasty relish. Can't get enough of that stuff! I got a mini turkey and my partner got the Italian. Both had plenty of meat for the price. Other chains totally skimp on the protein, but we'll definitely be back if they keep loading up these sandwiches!I think the most impressive part of the visit was how another person who came in after us asking for a gluten free sandwich and Ernesto pretty much guaranteed that the team cleaned up everything (and I mean everything from their cutting boards to the hot plate!) to make sure her order was free from contamination. Kudos to them for making sure that guest had a perfect experience from beginning to end. Other than that, the interior of the joint was very clean. The employees seemed to notice when a table left and went to wipe them down. The bathroom was also large and tidy. We'll be back soon!
There are a lot of sand which shop chains out there & the rare occasion you find ones that are above the rest! This place is on point every time with any sandwich you choose. Hot or cold the food is fresh and always taste as if it was homemade! The staff is incredible and the owners are always there overseeing everything which is probably why the place is so clean and the food so good. A really nice spot to pick up a perfect sandwich from some good people! I highly recommend this jersey mikes over any other sandwich spot! It's worth the drive or extra time!

So my husband and I came in for the 2nd time tonight after everything yesterday. Tonight the food was so much better and tasted so good and was just better in all the way around we got the #9 regular and #13 and we took it home with us like last time and the management made sure we are taken care of after everything the 1st time. So our visit was good and fast and we could hear the employees this time and the restaurant was clean just like the time before. The only problem was that the girl employee didn't seem pleased that we came In tonight and everything and she knew we were coming in because I called hours before to say that and about the the last yelp review before this one and she gave us not so good looks and just her attitude was off , my husband and I talked about as we left the store and it wasn't her fault for the order we had a problem with it just happened. We will definitely be coming back because the food was really good tonight I just hope that the employees have a better attitude but the guy that was working was great as well. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the employees attitude tonight other then that everything was great and yes this is the closest restaurant of jersey mikes to us in Citrus Heights it's less then 1.2 miles away from our home. I do plan on going here with one of my friends hopefully soon sense she has never been as well.

I don’t eat out much, but I love a good sandwich and this place was recommended by a family member.I ordered a Cali Club and was happy with how fresh the produce was. I was also pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was considering there was a couple of people ahead of me.
