Whatever lady is working there was the most rude person I’ve experienced in a food industry! Mountain mikes is hands down my favorite pizza but this location sucks to say the least!! Really just went to round table across the street because of her!!

I have been ordering from this location for 5+ years but always to go. Every time I’ve picked up my family pizza I was never greeted with a hello or a smile, they have always been rude.I brought my family to dine in tonight and the old Indian man was rude, was mean mugging my kids for being kids, creating an awkward ambiance.They asked if it was for here or to go, we said for here. They gave us a box as if we were gonna leave, we opened the box there. We asked for paper plates, they said they didn’t have any, and the whole time they made us feel like they didn’t want us here.I’ve let slip the 5 plus years of always with the rudeness but the way the made us feel tonight was the end of the line for me.I will be spending my $ elsewhere from now on ✌?Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly, old Indian man was rude to my wife when my 2yo son barely went into the space behind the counter

I had a bug in my salad and they didn’t even give me a refund for that. And the server was being very rude and asking us if we were ready in a mean tone. Very disappointed.
Love their dessert pizza and cheesy bread. They have a gluten free crust for friends and family that need it. Love their classic pepperoni cups but have tried other combinations over the years.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!! The customer service is so bad I'd give negative starts if I could!! I walked in to order 3 pizzas & 2 breadsticks at 1:00pm on a Saturday, the restaurant was COMPLETELY empty, I didn't receive my pizza until 1:58pm!!! I kept asking why weren't my pizzas ready and they said they were making them, I asked again later and they said they were in the oven. How does it take 58 minutes to get my order when the restaurant is empty and there were no deliveries going out while I sat there and waited. The front desk lady was rude and careless and treated me very poorly. She was dismissive whenever I asked about my order, so I asked to speak with a manager and he refused to come out to talk with me about my order and why it was taking so long. Do not support this horrible Mountain Mike's location (7777 Sunrise Blvd. Citrus Heights, 95610), save your money and go to an establishment that values your business.

Don't do it people!! Order from another pizza place!!! Ely's Play place recommended them too!! What a bummer, pizza was late, spent 160.00 for 3 pizzas and 2 bread sticks. I was supposed to get a discount on the referral for the birthday party and didn't, asked them about and said we can do 9.00 discount!!! WTF!!! I should have got a refund and walked away. This place doesn't deserve your business, go somewhere else for pizza!!! The don't give a s-hit about customer service!

Horrible customer service!! Walked in and the old indian man rudely looked at me, no "hello!" or anything. Just staring. I said "hi, are you open?", since he was sweeping and looked as if I just walked in on him about to walk out the door and go home. He said to go only. I said well online it says you're open until 11pm. Mind you it is 9:40pm. I was planning on dining in to enjoy a dinner after a long stressful day, so I was disappointed. He didn't even apologize. Just kept sweeping. All he had to say was "the hours online are wrong"... okay then fix them? As a business owner myself with a Google page, it takes 1 minute to update your business hours! Ive ordered here via doordash a few times so I was excited to actually dine in for once. Totally disappointed.
