I don’t know what happened to this place. It used to be our favorite pizza place but it just gets more expensive and the quality isn’t what it used to be. We have always ordered through DoorDash and it was our favorite pizza for 6 months. Now every time I order it the prices are raised. Went from $19.99 to 22.99 and now $24.99 for a plain cheese pizza! and I wouldn’t mind paying if it tasted like it used too. The past 2 times we have ordered the pizza dough is extremely thin and pizza is so floppy all the cheese just falls right off! It tastes like totally different pizza from before. We won’t be ordering again. I thought last time maybe it was just a bad day but second time in a row it tasted horrible. So sad!

There's a place in San Jose California near the King exit. I believe it's called Pizza Box, This place NYC Pizza taste the same as my favorite spot in San Jose. We ordered the king Kong size. I think it was called and it was really good. Definitely will come back to this spot for more pizza. The lady at the register was super nice Inside it's small but I mean who eats at restaurants nowadays, everyone just wants to go home and Netflix and eat (if you have little kids LoL)

This pizza is outstanding definitely New York style taste, wife being from the Bronx approves! Some people say it's not New York but it's close! Well we're in Sacramento and it's great pizza New York style.

My apologies NY City Pizza!! I have been doing business with NY for over a decade simply because their product is personal, homemade including the handmade crust. I recently stopped to pick up my order, stepped to my car leaving the door ajar, immediately returning. Apparently, my Federally Registered Service Dog, all of 6# in the waiting room, caused a problem with the owners, as a patron rushed in/out ranting and raving across the parking lot, not knowing the facts, leaving an unpaid $30.00 bill, due to our presence in the waiting room area. The dog and I cannot be denied access under the laws. The counter attendant certainly didn't offer any hand signals!! I did pay the bill... As usual, dinner was delicious!

We were excited to see NY style pizza nearby so I called and ordered pick up. When I got there a dog had run out of the kitchen. The woman claimed the dog would only run straight to the back, but the dog was prancing around the kitchen right in front of me. I told them nevermind, I don't want my order and walked out. The lady followed me and starting yelling while my husband and kids were waiting in the car and flipped us off. No offense to dog lovers, but I don't want to eat were they let animals in the kitchen.

The last 3 times I ordered a salad they did not add the salad dressing. I thought the first couple time was a mistake but every time I ordered a salad, no salad dressing. I'm done with them.

The pizza here is pretty good, I only ordered a plain chesse, so I cannot account for their toppings, but the sauce was surprisingly good and not overdone, they did not float the pizza. The cheese was also pretty dang good, and the crust was better than any of the chain pizza places. Their pecan pie was a little burnt, but also not half bad at all for the price. Overall, I enjoyed the pizza, and would order again as they are not overpriced, and the staff is very friendly. It was not a mind-blowing experience, but it was a very solid one, and I am sure the Ninja Turtles would not think twice about grabbing some Za from here.

Pizza wasn't cooked fully the toppings was definitely half cooked. The breadsticks was over cooked it was hard as a rock! Smh never again.
This small, unassuming shop made some of the best pizza I have had in quite some time. While up north for family, I found this place nearby to where I was staying and ordered two of their largest pizzas, traditional pepperoni and white sauce with chicken. These were massive pizza boxes, a single box the length and width of a stove. And the pizza was delicious to boot. The only thing I did not appreciate was their delivery is completely via app services, no traditional pizza delivery here

Horrible customer service we got the meat lovers king Kong pizza. We even got any extra topping. We thought the sausage had a funny taste didn't like it. We usually like sausage on pizza. Called them and and asked if any way they can remake the pizza without sausage the man said no lose money not my fault your problem. No trying to fix it at all it was a $60.00 dollar order we had to pick the sausage off. We were not asking for money back. Don't go here.

Great pizza! It can get floppy in the middle, so if you aren't a fan, not the place for you. But we absolutely love ordering from here. The Mexican pizza is my boyfriend's favorite. I love their flavors. Highly recommend.

Typically I love supporting small businesses but I do not recommend this place. I let them know that I was running late on picking up my order and they told me they would wait until 8 for me. Got there at 7:55 and knocked on their door and called 3 times - there were people in the back and they ignored us and they chose to ignore us. They could've told us that they wouldn't be able to wait us so the dishonesty is what doesn't sit well with me.
