This location is not it. The staff obviously stoned and the drive thru was very slow service on a Friday 6pm with no obvious foot traffic. When I pulled up the cashier repeated my order twice and then took my payment and said she would be back. Placed my order by the window and returned 5 minutes later to give me my order. The food was disgusting and expensive for a sandwich and a soup. The sandwhich was stuffed with spice, a ton of red pepper and no chicken. I normally make my own food at home and decided to treat myself which afterwards I really regretted.

It's a Panera, I don't know what else you want me to say LOL. Service was fast but not terribly personal. I don't mind. Food was made correctly. Restaurant was clean. Again, this is just bare minimum Standard Restaurant stuff.

Thanks to the manager she made this a great experience to come back too! I got home and dropped the soups I had bought and I called to see if they could replace the ones that had fallen and she was very sweet and nice about replacing them for me! Came back to the Panera within 30 minutes and they had the order done for me quickly! Great service and great food! She made sure to put them in a drink career to avoid any of them falling through. Thank you again!

How bad can an order be messed up? Well after reading recent reviews, a bit worse than mine.Ordering a bowl and receiving a cup.Order a bagel with hazelnut cream cheese and receiving a bagel that looks like it had been sat on as well as plain cream cheese.How difficult is it to get an order correct? Obviously that California minimum wage aint helping. Besides for driving up prices.Will not be returning to this Panera. See the number of 1 star reviews. . .
