Well I guess I learned my lesson on not tipping when I ordered online and did my own pick up I guess I'm to old and out of touch on these new rules of food purchases but in the end I paid for goods and services as advertised and this is what I got

Coming from someone who worked here for 2 weeks, this is not the kind of place you want to eat at. The sanitization standards are non existent. The front sink that is most accessible to wash your hands does not work, none of the employees wash their hands and no one wore gloves when handling the food. A lot of the pizza’s that would be made in advance like the cowboy would be in that freezer for way past their expiration date and would still be used to give out to customers. The dough itself has a 3 day expiration date when after that 3 days you’re supposed to throw it out, but a lot of that dough would still be used to make pizzas and be given out to customers on a regular basis to “save money”. The dishwasher cleaning standards are non existent as well, with the sink filled with soap being completely filled with gunk and filth and not be changed throughout the entire day, none of the bowls, containers, knives, or mixing equipment was ever truly cleaned. The sanitation buckets are supposed to be changed every 3 hours due to debris and food getting inside of it but those buckets would stay there the whole day and get extremely dirty and gross making the countertops extremely dirty and never clean. And last but not least, the reason I quit was because I had found meatballs in the bottom of the food drawer that had been 2 months expired and had mold caked all over them. When I asked the general manager of the store where I should throw them away, he said to just cut off the parts with mold and leave the rest. Someone actually bought those meatballs that day and to that person I’m sorry I wasn’t able to warn you about it and I hope you’re doing okay. In all this restaurant is a major health hazard and should not remain open.

This place has turned into an absolute clown show. Turns out it's due to new ownership. I ordered an hour in advance. I arrive and you can clearly see no orders are ready for anybody. " Training " was the reason one pizza wasn't made in an hour. I managed a papa Murphy's for 10 years , this guy thought he was in a rush. Oh I definitely don't wish his arrogant attitude any luck in the future. As I told him I'm leaving he said " doesn't matter" I explained to him it does matter. Laugh now, cry later. I'll purchase the location at a discount if need be to prevent your future bankrupty. Just hit me up. Thank you.

This place is going down hill. We moved here about 3 years ago. It was good then. Since then the pizzas have gotten smaller, have less toppings, and the price has gotten way higher. I only order now when they have specials. For a few bucks more I can have cooked pizza that tastes waaaaay better. Tonight my husband wanted to try their Calzones. I got him 2 as he's a big guy. Cab you spell DISAPPOINTING!!! THEY ARE SO SMALL!!!! 2 is not enough to fill him up. The photos show then next to my hand. I have pudgy fingers, but my hands are small. You can't even see it under my hand!!! I think my pizza business belongs elsewhere in the future!

Absolutely horrible!! The female at the cash register was a rather large Hispanic female with extremely obvious fake eyelashes whom I asked 7 times for stuffed crust pizza and she repeatedly said do you want stuffed or thick crust?? I repeatedly said stuffed crust and she literally laughed at me as I heard her tell coworker that we had no idea what we was trying to order, then had them make the completely wrong pizza with no regard as to what I ordered at all..I personally will drive the extra distance to any other papa Murphy's besides this one!!!! I dont understand how somebody could be so rude, and ignorant at the same time!!!
Tried to order pizza. No one answered the phone. Went to the store, people inside saw my husband and went to the back, the door was locked. 20 minutes before closing.

I ordered a pizza online, so I could pick up and go. I ordered for the pick up to be at 11:00 am, at opening. I was having a visitor and was hoping to pick up the pizza and take it home to cook. My visitor showed up before I even got home, because the location did not open at 11:00. I had to order subway next door to make sure I had food to provide my visitor with. When I left the Subway at 11:17, they still were not open and when I looked inside, it was a ghost town. Noone inside. This is horrible service. Thank God, I didn't pay online and planned to pay in person. I'm sure getting a refund would be a nightmare.

Well when i called in my order they only had 1 special no deal and no coupons.. They dnt tell me the total. WHEN we got there to pick up they just handed it to us we could of walked on out with out pay for the pizza.. Don't but my karma is important

I picked up 2 pizzas 3 weeks ago and decided to get my daughter and son-in-law a $50 gift card. The lady had to go get additional cards because the first one wouldn’t load. She loaded $50 on another card and I went away happy.My daughter goes to use the card and it is not working. I can’t get a refund on it.Today, I order pizza online and realize I have no car seat so I can’t go get the pizza. I call the location and he says I have to place the order again using a delivery app. This would make it a $40 pizza. Hell noAgain, no refund. I will NEVER go to this location again.
