Had lunch with my parents, brother and niece and nephew today. It was my first time eating at this restaurant. My brother really enjoys eating here. The atmosphere is nice and it was somewhat busy. The portions are huge, especially if you get large and extra large on the soups. I had an extra large traditional beef noodle soup. I definitely had leftovers. I also got the deep fried shrimp. The shrimp was fine. Not very flavorful. The soup broth was not as flavorful as I've had at other places. Not bad though overall. I do like that there were different types of meat such as tripe in it.

The food is really good, it’s one of the best pho in town, and it is a decent price but… they gotta fold the boxes in the back and they gotta stop selling masks up front both those things make the store look kinda ghetto. And I always seem to be seated at a crusty table (you can see it in the photo, this one wasn’t as bad but there’s ones that are worse) it’s not hard to keep an environment look professional. This place still has some potential. I still keep coming back for the good pho tho, and the staff are really nice. I also love coming here during rainy days. PS order a small bowl, I can eat a lot but I find it hard to finish even a small bowl.

Came from the bay area. Buon bo hue broth is no good -- very salty, rich, dark, their way of making it. I didn't like it. The salty, aftertaste bothered me until the next day.

I used to love this place! But I am not going back now. I asked if they had changed owners as I was so not sure why the food had changed so greatly. The Crab cheese appetizer had no crab and the wrapper was not a wonton wrapper. I ordered the Charbroiled Vermicelli mix as usual with extra veggies. The shrimp were smaller, the eggroll no taste, the only veggies were a tiny bit of carrot and mostly iceberg lettuce. They usually added broccoli, cukes and green onions, not this time. The hot chili old on the table had no taste, the chili's were old and no flavor. The Shrimp and Asparagus had a very few shrimp, mock crab added, but the asparagus was cooked perfectly. Too bad!!

The female server with an Asian appearance exhibited racial discrimination, smiling at non-Asian customers while continuously questioning their dining experience. When serving our table (with Asian faces), she intentionally made mistakes with the order and displayed a very rude attitude. The experience was extremely poor! We still gave a 15% tip. The male boss and other servers had a normal attitude. I won't be coming back here next time, and I won't recommend my friends to visit either.
