Ordered 2 pizzas totaling over $50 and although the staff was attentive and courteous, that did not take away from the fact that my order was burned and did not taste like the normal Pizza Hut standard pizza.

Worst service. Was waiting for my pizza for 2 hours. I called to see what was taking so long and was on hold for 30 minutes and they never answered. So I drove to the store and they were unhelpful. Ended up needing to get a refund but nothing else. So I waited 2 hours and didn't even get my pizza and had no customer service. Very bad experience.
If you order through Doordash and there is an issue with your food, Pizza Hut will not credit or refund your account. They will say, it's on Doordash.Doordash will not issue a refund either. I am done using Doordash and eating at Pizza Hut. Imagine spending $37.00 with fees and tip for one dry, cold pizza to end up sick and both companies refuse to assist you.

I ordered a Pizza yesterday that wasn't prepared properly, it didn't improve once I got home and put it in the oven. Therefore I decided to call the Store this morning and speak to the Manager, Alyssa. She was willing to fix a new Pizza for me or issue a Store Credit. However I wanted a Refund and she said that I would have to come back to the Store because my signature is required. It's not easy for me to get around, but I felt very strongly about my request because I didn't receive what I paid for. Alyssa was very kind, apologetic and professional. I went to the store that is at least 8 Miles away from my home, Alyssa issued me a Refund and made my Order for a Stuff Crust Pepperoni Pizza with Extra Pepperoni. I wanted to post this Review because the Pizza was exactly what I wanted, Taste Very Good and a Pleasant Reminder of how I Remember Pizza Hut's Quality Food. I AM VERY HAPPY!

almost no topping on pizzas. The staff seem out in left field. They had trouble finding orders for people that were there picking up. Some missed placed or couldn't find order on computer.
