If you’re going to pay premium price for premium pizza. You should also get premium service. The staff messed up on my pizza and instead of informing me of what happened. They just tried to pretend like nothing happened. I had to ask what was going on with my pizza and only then they revealed the problem. Round table has really gone downhill and still charge too much for what their food. Or maybe it’s just this location.

The woman at the register with black hair and glasses is a miserable human and it shows. She was so rude while taking my order. While waiting for my food all she did was walk around and complain. It’s hot and muggy in here as well. Haven’t gotten my food yet, hopefully it’s better than the customer service.

I have had a very hit and miss experience with this restaurant. One day it's great service and great pizza and the next time it's horrible pizza and service. It's hard to leave a review because of this. It's like playing roulette whenever you go there. It's also very expensive. 3 salad bars with 1 med and 1 large pizza was over 100$. That is more than any high end restaurant I've been to in a long time.

First off, the pizza was delicious! Salad bar, clean, and on point. However, I am a loyal, Round Table Pizza, customer, and have had the app for a very long time now, and use my rewards frequently! I was told today that they are no longer doing the rewards program, and that it has been discontinued. I was extremely dissatisfied especially after seeing all the signage that still up and around the store. Even QR codes that show take you right to the rewards website. I’m not sure if this is something that this specific store is stopping but it should be well noted. Considering how expensive Round Table Pizza is I always loved being able to get rewarded for my continuous loyalties. Also! If you’re going to claim to be a clubhouse and have a beer bar area, you should probably have more than simply 2 out of 10 beers on tap in stock. That was a huge letdown!

So, I ordered a pizza at 4:50 on a Friday evening to beat any rush. I was told it would take about 35 minutes so I arrived at 5:30 and promptly waited in a line for 20 minutes (only ONE person at the register on a Friday evening). There were only five people ahead of me but it still took forever. Then, when I finally get to the register, they ask if I'm paying cash and I said no, credit card and they said I'd have to wait a few minutes while they count the drawer out! THEN when they were finally ready to take my money, they COULDN'T FIND MY PIZZA. So, they had to re-make it and I had to wait another 25 minutes until that was ready. If I hadn't had a friend coming over (which I was late getting back to the house for) I would have left and gone somewhere else. Not a single, I'm sorry, no discount on the re-order for my inconvenience, nothing. I've worked plenty of customer service jobs in my lifetime and I can say not a single employee there looked like they wanted to be there. On the upside, the pizza was an 8 out of 10. Not bad, but then it better be for a Large two topping for $34. Regardless, Round Table will be lucky to ever see a penny of my money again.
I don't typically go to this location but we got a coupon add in the mail and the location I used to go to wasn't included in the locations that accept the coupons. Plus the new Pepperoni Bacon Italiano is like $10 cheaper here than the location I used to go to so I honestly don't even have a reason to not continue going here if I want Round Table.??Oh yeah, they have an arcade room at this one too.

This pizza is the best pizza in the whole country, never had a such great pizza. I even tried Lombardi in New York which is number 2 in the world but I guess this pizza is something else. I hope it stays this way.
