I have been doing business with this location for over 12 years. Tonight I was notified they would no longer deliver to my address, 1.4 miles from store in Citrus Heights. I called Roseville 2.3 miles away and they had no problem making a delivery. You just lost my business.

This location fired all their delivery drivers due to the minimum wage increase. They are now going through door dash to deliver their food. However they made no effort in posting this at their store or website. I placed an order last night and had an eta of 7:16pm. I called around 7:45 wanting an eta on my order and Michael or Jeffrey ( He gave me a different name during my second call) informed me it was in transit. 20 minutes later I get a text from door dash saying my driver was at the restaurant and waiting for the order. A few minutes later pizza got here stone cold after I'm sure sitting at the restaurant for over an hour. I called again to obviously complain and get a refund even offering to return the pizza to the store. Again Michael or Jeffrey whoever he identifys as that night pushed all the blame on doordash even though doordash sends updated text litterly on everything. Refused to refund me and told me to call doordash. Which I did, he was correct on the refund process. But the cruddy thing is that door dash driver got a negative point against him and wasn't able to keep his tip because I requested a refund. Shame on you Roundtable Pizza. Pay your employees and don't hire ones with zero integrity.Below is photos of my order number and estimated time of arrival and the time the uncommunicated 3rd party delivery service arrived at the store.

Mike is the manager at this Roundtable pizza. Today (04/02/2024) I was in there and I ordered a small cheese pizza at 5:30pm and my pizza was ready at 6:15pm. :45 minutes to make a small cheese pizza. Mind you, there was 2 guest eating when I arrived, and then they left and there was 2 pick-ups. And still no pizza! Until I asked them at 6pm and they had forgotten to make it. DO NOT TRUST THIS ROUNDTABLE, it has bad, Bad, BAD service and they did not apologize to me om the contrary they disrespected me. I even asked them for a discount due to their error and they just LAUGHED it off. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow. This is a DISGUSTING AND RACIST Roundtable. What a shame.

This is the coolest Round Table! We had our son's 13th birthday here a week ago. The staff were helpful, pizza was delicious, and the kids had a great time.Kid-friendliness: Small arcade with prize machine, plenty of room for kids to roam around.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp was right in front and easy to access

Pizza was under-cooked and lacked toppings. The staff was friendly and remade our pizza. Would I go back....no. But if your looking a place with good salad bar, cold beer, and average pizza this is your place.

I took my teenage son here for a New Year dinner. Kudos to the manager! When our pizza came out missing toppings he gave it to us free and made a new one with all the toppings. He then gave us 2 soda and salad bars for the wait. If this is any indication for the new year I don't know what is. Thanks again it was delicious as always.

Came here with my family 11/16/23We order big family meal and it took them an hour to bring out to us. We had our baby month old with us and it’s frustrating was our first time dining out as full family after pp and it was annoying. Another family came 20 mins after us and they got their pizza so much quicker. They said it was messed up and something about a different table. My husband had to let them know or else we would had waited so much more time. How do you not know where our pizza went they thought it was placed with us when it was not ever. Top it off whole hour ! For our order.Got told free twist was only offered for the long wait…. Seriously? Who is the manager?Expecting free small pizza.. for that long wait!Should had got out money back for our pizza and walk out. Never again!Top it off my kids couldn’t go into arcade…They don’t say anything to the older kids that were in there messing around and throwing basketballs everywhere from the front door.

Wonderful kind young man that served us with a smile and can I get you anything else.our Hawian puzza was the best we've had in many years. The salad bar was fresh & and clean, too.Kid-friendliness: There is an area for the kids to place.I didn't look to see how much each game was, but the kids in there seemed like they were having a blast!
