Ordered a Greek salad for carry out with ranch dressing. Received Greek dressing. Read the order when you make the food! Don't even want to eat it now. Complete waste of my time to pick it up as well as my money. So freakin annoying. Called to ask for some form of compensation considering I drive 40 min total to pick up 3 salads that cost $40, but nope. I'm told I can drive over again to pick up the correct dressing and that "it's just the dressing," as though that doesn't drastically change the salad. How about you guys fix the mistake you made instead of me fixing it for you... or give me some money back. Instead I'm stuck w food I don't want to eat. What a joke

My husband wanted clam chowder so we went here for dinner. He had the clam chowder and enjoyed it. I ordered a French dip sandwich without the ranch/mayo. I asked if they had horseradish sauce. That was a BIG mistake on my part. Instead of using their regular Beaver brand horseradish they used some out of a jar marked EXXtra Hot horseradish. I found this out AFTER I asked what they put on it because it was so hot it took my breath away and I ate only the meat because the bread was soaked in that stuff. I should have asked what they use, but they should also have told me they were using the First Street EXXtra Hot.

Clean and neat. Greeted upon walk in; this is very important as I walk in, makes you feel important and wanted. The ordering process is quick and organized. Order brought to your table, with an added touch of a fresh, crispy dill pickle, perfect.Sandwiches are fresh, artisan, and meticulously arranged. I've bought many sandwiches here and they do maintain consistency as the sandwich tastes the same every time I come in regardless of type.Floors are neat and clean, tables wiped off almost immediately after someone leaves. Bathroom tidy and neat, clean. Overall great atmosphere. To the franchise owner, who I have personally met, she is a team player. If staffing is low or thinks they need help, she is right in it and helping. This is so important, employees appreciate and respect this. Great leadership qualities. I have so much respect for this location.Feel comfort sitting down and eating a fabulous sandwich or other items, such as soup, salads and more.

Unfortunately, I'm having to leave this bad review after years of coming here, and was always very satisfied. Until I met Vanessa, the shift leader. My co-workers and I frequent this spot often as the food is usually wonderful and the service is also. But I was greeted by the shift leader vanessa, she took my phone order and when I proceeded to come in person to pick it up, she very rudely told me she had several garbage cans in her store. I was very confused as to why she was telling me this, I said, "ok..."She said you need to use the trash cans instead of littering all over our parking lot. In all my life I have never littered not one time, especially in a parking lot full of businesses. At first I thought perhaps she had me mistaken with someone else, but when I realized how rude and persistent she was, making rude and snide comments to the other workers, and speaking about me saying that I was "mad because I litter"She was obviously very confused, or possibly on some sort of drugs. It is with disappointment that I will have to tell the rest of my employees, friends, and family to not do business with this restaurant any longer. Hopefully no one else will be attacked or bothered by vanessa. And hopefully she can find a different place of employment, although with her attitude and her disrespectful tone, I highly doubt that's possible...Zero stars for VanessaPS. My coworker went back inside for her order, Vanessa told her "hope you enjoy that"Now we all have to throw our food away, because we don't know what she did to it. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate.

I've ordered from sourdough and Company, many times for sandwiches. However, the last two times I've noticed that they have decrease the amount of ham that they put in their sandwich by half! Clearly it's more about making a buck send giving the customer a really good sandwich

The sandwiches are made very carelessly. They fall apart and have no taste. I hate giving negative reviews, and try not to on an initial visit, but this place kind of deserves one after 3 bad experiences. The staff looks absolutely miserable. If you hate your job your work will reflect that. We tried a few times only to be disappointed that the food and service never improved. We wont be back. You can get a delicious sandwich for half the price and a friendly hello at sprouts down the road. We should've just went there in the first place. Lol Oh well lesson learned :)

My sandwich was bomb! The ingredients were fresh, delicious and all bread, meat, cheese, veggies, condiments were in perfect proportion to each other. My absolute favorite thing is they built the sandwich so I could enjoy every magnificent bite without everything squishing out the other side. Every. Friggin. Bite. Perfection in my opinion. The service, exceptional!! Thank you ?

Overall, this was a pretty good experience. The sandwiches are pretty standard, nothing special, but they're made fresh, and this seems like a place that takes health code standards seriously, which is always important. I wanted to especially should out their "garden salad," which in many ways was no better than any other garden salad, but the attention to detail in the prep made all the difference. The pieces of everything (lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumbers) were cut into actual bite-sized pieces; it's crazy what a different that makes. And the lettuce was mixed with a little bit of darker greens and not just iceberg or romaine. So it felt just a touch more healthy and flavorful. Lastly, the dressing portion was perfect. Not too much or not enough to coat the amount of vegetables in the salad. I might come back again just for that.

Vanessa went above and beyond to ensure my dash order was fresh and warm. She even called me to guarantee my order was picked up. Her customer service was impressive. This location is lucky to have someone who shows compassion and care! Your a rockstar Vanessa !!!!!!

Its basically an overpriced fancy looking subway. Overpriced for sure. Theres no reason two 6" sandwiches and 2 cookies should cost $32. Also extremely salty. Especially the side juices/broths. So salty that the actual flavor was nearly undetectable.

Service with a smile. Wife and I love coming here for sandwiches, they are all delicious. Our go to is Turkey Pesto but pastrami is also very good. We drive across town for these sandwiches since its the closest location to us. We have never had a bad experience. Great food, great people.

Sandwiches ordered were really good, brisket & pastrami. Unfortunately, the 2 bowls of clam chowder (@ $8 each) were so salty they were inedible. 5stars for the sandwiches + 1 star chowders = 3 star experience. My first & last time going this location.
