Asked for a spicy Italian and she started making a BMT, shorted me slices, told her I didn’t want it toasted and she immediately asked again if I wanted it toasted—went to grab chips and all of them were expired—went to grab a table and all of them were dirty. I visited around 3pm and having worked at subway for years previously it definitely wasn’t up to standard.

Food is good but customer service was trash the older lady was super rude and she kept cutting us off to talk to her co worker , and we had to keep repeating ourselves at least 3 times each time we said we wanted to add something. It felt like we were bothering her by making her do her job. If you don't like it get a different one. Literally felt like she wasn't paying any attention to what we were saying and we were the only customers in the entire store like bruh worst customer service ever

The app had a deal and it said this location was participating location so I drove off my route to go to this location specifically. Got to the location and apparently they don't participate and they canceled my order I asked then why it said they are participating location then she said her manager doesn't know how to change itIthey didn't want to do the promotion to cut cost

The worst Subway in all of Sacramento Valley!This owner is trying to save ever penny on every sandwich. Cash only, doesn't want to pay the 2% to the credit card company. No coupons here, full price only! No discounts, No specials! The result is, he has no customers. So there is only one choice of bread, the veggies are not fresh. Doesn't realize that if he sold 10 sandwiches at a discount, he would make more than his one full price sandwich! Bad business man! Should sell the place!Go to the Subway at Sunrise & Cirby, 5 minutes away, they are great! Clean, fresh & friendly!Where customers are appreciated

So dissatisfied with this place. The lady who helped me today was about as dry as the bread, they don’t take coupons unless it’s for specific sandwiches (meatball and 2 others).I wondered if she was hard of hearing, but after reading a few other one star reviews, which there are a lot of, I don’t think she is hard of hearing, she just doesn’t listen! I had to repeat myself over and over. This location is right around the corner from my house, but I’d drive 100 miles any other Subway before visiting this one again. For a buck or two more, I’ll visit Mr. Pickles or Beach Hut where you can actually get a GREAT sandwich! I went to this location, because I had to run home from work and saw the coupons sitting on my table.

Okay service and food but doesn't even matter honestly. The employee said the manager "doesn't take discounts" when I ask for the BOGO50 discount on their website. They can't honor the discounts their own corporate company is holding on the website right now?! Also, their were ants all over the soda machine also. I inform the employee there just for her to say "oh yeah I know..." You guys should just head to Mr. Pickles up the street or any other sandwich shop for that matter. I won't be back and it's the closest sandwich to me.

Ordered a 6" Turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The bread was stale (crumbled and fell apart). The lettuce was brown...and there was no bacon!Horrible sandwich. I won't be back!

Hey, thanks for working! Really wanted my sweet onion teriyaki and my husband went and fulfilled my craving. Everything was made perfectly! Only down side is he wasn't able to use the buy one get one 50% off so it was pretty pricey for what it was. But we were still happy and they made the order perfectly!

Honestly this is the worst subway I've ever been to! I went on a sunday at 5 and there was not 1 customer in there but the whole dinning area was dirty. I presented the coupon in the picture and was told I could only get either a spicy Italian, cold cut combo or a meatball sandwich. THATS IT! Only 3 options! I said "but the picture shows turkey?" She said she didn't know why. ALL the other subways honor this coupon. But this one will not. Then on top of that the WHOLE bin of lettuce was old and wilted. I've NEVER had a good experience at this subway.
