First time at this location. Walked in and was served right away. Placed my order planning to use a coupon, but after order, I was told that the coupon was only good on options that I had not ordered. I paid more than double the price anticipated because the coupon that clearly said "get a 6" meal for $6.99 was not honored. I will not go back to this location as I see now, from reading other reviews, they have done this to others.Vegetarian options: Veggies Delight, Veggie Party, or salads

The lady there was horrible. Puts barely anything on the sandwiches. I will not be returning to this Subway. I've been twice hoping to have a different person but she was the same lady and not pleasant at all!

Bad customer service. Rude to me after I requested condiments first on bread before she put the meat and cheese on. She didn't ask if I wanted the sandwich toasted. She proceeded to roll my sandwich tightly in the paper with a mean look she tossed it to the cashier

After using coupons here for months, they no longer accept Subway coupons…Useless since I live a block away and get sent coupons every week. Get it together. Subway franchises are all going down hill.

I wish I'd find atmosphere, not too busy, no line, and a convenient location. But I ordered online and got completely different toppings than I ordered and also my sandwiches were not toasted. I wouldn't order online from this location. In person might be ok.

Don't pay full price here... it's definitely not worth it. Service was adequate from the friendly young lady. Nothing to write home about, but courteous and professional. The problem I have is the quality of food. Very skimpy on ingredients. Buffalo chicken had very little meat and sauce. This is most likely NOT the employee's fault, but rather policy set by management. Instead of trying to save money at the customer's expense, they should try to provide a better product and make more money with repeat business.

Despite littering the neighborhood with coupons, which lured me in, if you attempt to use one you will be informed "the manager does not accept coupons for this sandwich."It was not one of the sandwiches specified as excluded on the coupon, but apparently it is at the manager's discretion, so just, know that going in and in this instance, it has lost them business.Love me some Subway but maybe try a different branch?

Had an online coupon for a bogo footlong. Placed the order for it to be immediately cancelled and was told “our manager doesnt allow the bogo coupon” despite the store being listed as a participating location. Always have issues ordering at this location…

I don't know exactly how this place differs from the exact same Subways, but with a coupon sent that saves $20 on three sandwiches, and no list of excluded ingredients at all, you can't use this coupon at all. Although a few days ago in the same establishment, an identical coupon was used for the same order as today, and was accepted. But today it turns out that there are no chicken strips in the list of ingredients that fall under the coupon, although neither in the coupon nor anywhere in the cafe is there a word about it, and in the picture of this coupon, the sandwich shown includes strips of chicken as well. I had to overpay $20, which is money for me, because I earn $15 an hour, and using the coupon is an opportunity to please my children with something. With this approach to customs, my family will never return to this particular institution.

Says they are open at 8am on Friday. I get there at 8:30am and it’s closed. I see a car out in front. So I call to make sure. They answer and hung up on me as soon as I asked them why they aren’t open. She didn’t even realize that I can see her through the door window and saw her jus hang up the phone on me and went to the back. Really unprofessional and I’ll never come back.

The young man with long brown hair and glasses deserves a raise. Went in today and he was working completely by himself during a rush, I felt so bad for him. Even though he had every right to be stressed out, he was super nice and friendly. Give him a raise!!!!!

Ordered online and was charged but due to some glitch order didn't come through on their end. Came into the store to pickup no one was there, no one came out for more than five minutes. Girl at the counter said the boss was there so they definitely would have forwarded the order if it existed, then when I asked to speak to said boss to see if we could get it worked out the same employee said mere moments later they weren't there. Really?They ended up giving me food after a fair bit of arguing (Me showing them the online receipt for my order didn't seem to count for much). They kept trying to insist I place it again, seemingly not understanding or caring I'd already paid. 3 stars because they fixed it eventually. Doesn't seem at all certain that if I order online I'll get what I pay for, not planning on coming back anytime soon.

We go here a lot. The staff is very friendly and they're very efficient. Subway is pretty standard on price and menu so it's the staff that sets this one apart. Keep up the good work!
