Food was great but our service from drive through aith associate janelle was even greater!!! She was amazing and had awesome customer service even at 2:15 am once the bars closed, she was happy and chipper at the ordering station and the takeout window. 10/10 from janelle! I’ve had some bad experiences before at this Taco Bell but she really hit it out of the park with her service!!!!!

took 35 minutes to get 2 crunchwraps. Was first in line too waited 10 minutes ina line then an additional 35 after I already paid just staring at the building window. Didn’t think about asking for a refund or leaving because they said 5-10 minutes about 3 times.

Every time I have ordered here, in person or DoorDash, they have forgotten parts of the meal. The burritos aren't mixed at all and the cheesey roll ups aren't cooked. That's pretty hard to mess up.

I went t to Taco Bell on Sunrise they get my order totally wrong. I'm afraid to have them remake because they might spit in it. There was an African-American girl in the drive-through. She didn't even say hello when I pulled up, she didn't tell me how much my mount is she was just holding out her hand for money. She hands me my food doesn't say anything, so I say thank you have a nice day. You people are getting paid 20 bucks an hour and you're treating your customers like this and you can't even get their stuff right you need to be shut down.

The middle age manager that works there has ruined this location. I have been going to this location for YEARS, and everyone was always so nice. Suddenly this new manager is there and everyone looks unhappy, displeased and scared. The manager made a HUGE mistake and gave my meal to another customer in their drive thru. So instead of owning up to it, he insisted he gave it to the right person which clearly he did not because i was standing there without my food. Bad service. Very bad service.

Skimpy portions, takes forever even with no one else waiting, missing sauce. I'm pretty sure a crunch wrap supreme isn't supposed to be 80% tortilla.

Food is okay... I waited in a drive through for over 2 hours twice (4th of July and another Holiday) and they didn't even try to give discounts or even a free soda. Just gave me the food and they gave me the wrong order. I can understand the food service industry is insane but waiting 2 hours in a drive through when there was about 7 cars ahead of me is way too much. I couldn't backup because other cars were behind me so I was stuck waiting.

Check the hours before you go! This location closes at arbitrary and unpredictable times, presumably due to staffing issues.You'd think with those fancy new digital menu boards in the drive thru they'd be able to put up a message saying "Hey, sorry we're closed, we'll be open tomorrow from X to Y" but nope, they just always act like they're ready to take your order. The only hint the location is closed (if you didn't notice the lights were off) is the lack of a greeting when you pull up to the speaker, then you're sitting there awkwardly checking the hours on Google.

I come to this Taco Bell very frequently as it is on my way home from work. But this time I had waited in the drive through for 45 minutes waiting for a cravings box and 2 burritos. When I got my food it wasn't even warm anymore it had sat on the table while we waited in the drive through it was luke warm at best. The person at the drive through position obviously didn't care much for their job as they were on their phone and not attentive to any customers driver though or inside as we had a line all the way to the street. Also I had ordered way before had on the app so I wouldn't have to wait as long but unfortunately that was not the case.

The wait was over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. There is no way to leave once you are in line (raised curb).
