$7 for a medium frozen hot chocolate seems suspicious. It never used to be that much. New ownership racked the prices up I guess. Quality of drinks is like a coin flip it will either be good or bad but never consistently the same.

First time here, although coffee was pretty good, tried taking a break from Starbucks and your staff was just rude, condescending, and unhelpful. Not a good way to gain a returning customer. Might give it another chance in the future.
Just ordered the cafe mocha hot. Had a girl walked up to my car and took my order. I prematurely tipped thinking the service would fast and efficient. After about 10 or more mins waiting at the drive through, when I finally made it to the window, I was asked what can I get for you. I stated I already ordered. Her reply was, did you pay? I stated yes. And she proceeds to confirm my order. I stated yes again. While the other girl who took my order was I guess making my ordered, I’m asked if I want a stopper, coffee bean and a coffee sleeve since it was hot. I answered. Yes. When I finally got my drink, the drink was very milked down. Almost essentially hot milk with chocolate powder. I’m so irritated with the quality of this drink. Essentially no coffee whatsoever. I want my money back. This is not what I ordered. I will never ever come back here again.

This place was magical, but sorry to say that is over, drink quality has declined, workers seem stressed out, and unable to even engage with customers anymore, app no longer working, and I used to come here as a stress reliever, now it just at times causes anxiety!! Came here every day during the pandemic, the employees seemed happier and friendlier at that time , than they do now!!!! ?? ???

Please update your hours on google? wanted to try the coffee but two times that google said it's open it was closed....
Very cool little place, the staff was friendly and helpful. This was the first time going here so I had no clue what to order or the menu. The person taking the order gave excellent suggestions and my drink was delicious! The chocolate covered espresso bean placed on top of the drink was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend trying this place

I've only been here a few times, twice with a friend. But this place is just excellent, the staff are so polite and social, they're already starting to recognize me, they even have drinks ready for frequent customers if they see them coming. Speaking of the drinks, they're "D E L I C I O U S". I Don't even drink coffee but I just can't help how good they are, I end up getting a 32 ounce half empty by the time I walk home. If anyone is reading this and want to try it, a good fall drink special they have right now is called "Witches Brew". Get it topped with whipped cream, and it's basically"Pumpkin Pie Coffee." By far my favorite drink, this place deserves the 5 stars. It made me go out of my way to leave this review, it's worth it.

I do not do reviews, but I have to do this because I don't that I did not receive equal value for the money that I paid. I purchased a 32oz energy drink. It composed of a 16oz rockstar with flavored syrups, but my 32oz cup also comprised of more than a 20oz of ice in my cup. After I drank the energy drink I still had more than a half a cup of ice left, so I do not believe I had any more than 18oz of a advertised 32oz drink.
