Worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's in my entire life! The manager that was taking our order had no customer service skills no personality did not give a flying rat's patootie about helping us or making sure our experience was good making sure our food was right. I was on the app and trying to use the discounts that are on the app and I guess it wasn't scanning something was wrong with his computer and he just kept looking at me and saying all well it's not working on my end. I explained to him that you guys have an app and it's not my fault if your computer is not working so you need to make this right and it took me three times explaining this for him to finally take off the drink that was supposed to be discounted. I asked him what was on a chicken sandwich he told me lettuce tomato when I got the sandwich it had lettuce and mayo on it I went back up to inform him that that's not what he told me it was and I just asked for a tomato he stated that he did tell me correctly my friend that was with me also heard him just say lettuce and tomato because if I would have heard Mayo I would have asked for no mail and to add honey mustard instead! He said I should charge you a dollar as he proceeded to roll his eyes and hand me the honey mustard. Honestly from my experience it makes me never want to go back to this Wendy's again and I don't know how somebody with his lack of empathy and customer service skills gotten to a management position!!!Parking: It's a very congested parking lot. Not a lot of spaces and people don't know how to drive

I would rate this place a zero, they are constantly messing up my order and it it so simple. I usually only order 1 meal and they still manage to mess it up ever single time. 3 in a row I have been given not what I wanted.
I love your, Apple Pecan Salad it tastes just like the Italian Gorganzola. And you, Strawberry Lemonade, is terrific. I went through Drive. I can't say anything about the atmosphere.
