I haven’t had Wing Stop in a long time due to the staff having no customer service and the food not being correct every time I order, but I was very pleased with this visit!Roderick was my cashier and was very welcoming and had great service all around. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and about a 10 min wait time for my food.Everything was to a TNeed more Roderick’s to work there.

These have got to be the worst people this company could hire and not just this location. Customer service SUCKS AND THEY ALWAYS GET ORDERS WRONG!!! No hello can I take your order no apologies for getting the order wrong yet they want to continue to raise minimum wage!!????? Whoever runs these places needs to do evaluations, undercover boss or watch the cameras but do something! Horrible

Didn’t have to wait 40min unlike the wing stop in Roseville.They have to verify the name and payment used before releasing the food. ?The chicken is ok-ish but definitely a spot to go to.Parking: Huge parking lotKid-friendliness: Lots of chair and table for kids.

Went this location on a Saturday, very few people dining in and very few people picking up orders. I placed my order at 12:40 ish but didn’t get my order till about 1:30. Not only did our food take forever to come out but they also forgot a whole combo on my order!When my boyfriend and I did get our order, everything was seasoned well and they gave us two free brownies. This spot needs to hire more efficient people or in-force more rules.

Our Oder was made at exactly 7:22 pm from the receipt and we received our order at exactly 7:54pm. I personally feel that your orders that are inside the restaurant dining in should come before your orders to go on DoorDash. Food is great but customer service’s mix the experience much more better.

Time to try the one on Cirby, we all need to stop going here! The service is always straight trash, they're more worried about their conversations then your order. I feel as if they play a game called, "what did you purposely forget in this order?" Just to see who wins at the end of the night. The dude that left out all the ranch I paid extra for and 2 orders of veggies sticks, you won. Cause all we got in our order was poorly made wings and an attitude. Time to try the one out on cirby way, the drive might be worth the hassle. Y'all suck str8 donkey d¡ks! I attached a photo of the employees working there reading this post. Enjoy

For the last 2-3 weeks, the service is too slow and too bad.You have to wait a long time to get your order. Even you ordered online or walked in.Management needs to put the staff in customer service training again.
