This place was so yummy! This restaurant is perfect for family dining! The Cajun fries was fresh and hot! We ordered the family meal, shrimp, sausage, mussels, crab and clams! Everything was perfectly cooked and so tasty! If you want great service and a fun atmosphere, you should come to King Crawfish! Great service from Lauren and Philip! They made us feel like family! We will definetly be back!

05.08.2021. Impressive place. I WILL give this place a SUPER A+ for the cleanest restroom. I'm waiting for my order rn and haven't tasted any crabs n shrimps yet. Will update in a short while. This place is great. Friendly service and great food. Love it. Save when you pay cash too. The boil bags are fantastic and there's always a deal of some sort. The fried plates are perfect with great tasting fries.

PLEASE COME HERE!!! This place is absolutely delicioussss SO GOOD way better than any other seafood in the area. Forget about Boiling Crab COME HERE!! Service 10/10, Food 10/10, Cleanliness 10/10! Shrimp BOMB, Calamari BOMB, Crab BOMB everythingggg about this place is amazing. I found this place in December looking for some seafood and I was pleasantly surprised to find this great place. Now my family and I can't stop coming! I've recommend it to everyone and they all love it. Don't second guess it just order here!

My boyfriend and I are sea-foodies for sure, and honestly all around we are just PICKY about our sauces and seafood. So, I looked on Yelp, and saw that King crawfish was a small place in Rowland heights that seemed to have good food+ reviews. Not going to lie, I was a bit worried I'd hate it because again, I am damn picky about my sauce! and shame on me because YALL THE SAUCE WAS IT!!!!! I love garlic and I love a more thicker consistency but not too thick and certainly not an water-thin type of sauce, and dang did they nail it. I am so happy I found my new crawfish boil spot for life! THE SERVICE: 10/10!!!!! The waitress was so damn nice and I couldn't help but smile because I NEVER get good service at a restaurant anymore (we tend to just blame it on the pandemic) and it was soooo refreshing to have such a nice waitress/staff ask us how our meal was, super on top of it, and go that extra mile. She was Latina with long highlighted hair? Dang, I wish I would've gotten her name. I will come back just due to the service. Also the owner was doing his thing and even came over to speak to us about our experience. Um, do people even do that anymore? That was so nice! THE FOOD: 100/10! THE LIVE CRAWFISH IS SO DAMN GOOOOOD! I got half pound with sausage, corn, and potatoes w/all the seasonings and holy cow! I have been used to getting frozen crawfish my whole life and now that I've gotten live, what a game changer!!! I even asked our nice server what was the difference and she explained all great answers to all the annoying questions I had (didn't make me feel like I was annoying at all lol) we also ordered a basket of fried shrimp w/fries, and it was amazing as well! I'm not a fries or fried shrimp type of girl but it was great! I just put it in the air fryer and it tastes even better on day 2!!! LOL! My boyfriend had the shrimp with corn, sausage, potatoes and spicy...that ish was spicy just how we like it! There is not much else I can say besides the food was out of this world and a solid 10! Both of our bags were just flat out great. THE CORN !!!! Do yourself a favor! GET A FEW! PRICING: Crawfish is 14.99 per lb, the shrimp was 14.99 per lb. The fried baskets are about $10.00/11.00 - white rice 2.00 and corn about 1. I like a place that is straight up about pricing (they have a cute chalkboard when you first walk in so there's no run around about how much the radios costs. I notice a lot of places do that and it's weird lol) I feel like their pricing is very fair and I pray it stays this way lol our bill was 40.00 for the two of us and we had enough food for 6. My boyfriend wanted to try more than we can fit in our bodies and honestly I'm glad he did because it truly was worth every cent. ALL AROUND EXPERIENCE: 1000000000% we will be coming back. I think whoever runs this place is doing an amazing job, like, as in The management give yourself a round of applause because y'all are so well put together here and it really shows. I really enjoy their bag of shrimp ! It's my favorite crawfish spot just the fact the chili doesn't hurt my stomach and the flavor is spot on. I can go there weekly or every other day lol.

Off seasons, they have the huge crawfish. I love the spice and seasonings. I would recommend this place for anyone who enjoys Cajun flavors mixed with a punch of spice!
Delicious food. Great customer service and great prices. I loved their sauce. It was spicy, garlicky, buttery and thicker just how I like it. Enough to coat your shrimp or whatever you order. We got shrimp, crawfish, sausage, corn and Cajun fries. Everything was amazing !! Their shrimps are enormous, well worth the money. The French fries were also fantastic - Cajun with a bit of sweetness. I could probably eat a whole order myself, they were that delicious. Not too heavy or greasy. It had just the right amount of savory spices and flavorings!!

*** 3.5 stars *** Date of visit: 2/28/2021 They are currently have outside dining available but I bought mine to go. MUST ORDER: clam soup. Omg, it was soooo delicious! The soup was so flavorful and clams were very fresh. We ordered everything in King special sauce with some mild and some non spicy for my kids. Menu says that the lowest spicy level is mild, so at first I thought they can't do non spicy, but the gentleman who took my order said they could, so yay! Their sauce is more on the salty side, compared to the other similar establishments. Not overly salty, no, just there is no hint of sweetness in it. I don't really dig the texture of the sauce. It's grainy and mushy, as if there is an overcooked potato that's broken into grainy pieces in it. I'm so sorry to say that I don't really like this kind of texture. The mild sauce is not really spicy, so if you dig spicy food, I think you need to order at very least in medium, which I should do. But I thought I'd proceed with caution considering it's my first time being here. Shrimps and clams are very fresh and the shrimp size is huge! I also order Dungeness crab and they are ok too. The Fish & chips is alright and standard. I think I like the sweet potato fries better than the regular fries. Will I come back? Maybe. Maybe not. Please take this review with a grain of salt, just because maybe I have different flavor preference than you.

This is the best shrimp Cajun style spot you'll ever encounter in the area... Or ever maybe! Just do yourself a favor and come over here... Fresh shrimp even though I often get reactions from shrimp. Friendly staff!! Do it!

Love this place since it first opened! Customer service is top tier, super friendly and considerate. With that said, can y'all PLEASE get some kind of garlic bread/toast on the menu so we can dip it in the sauceeee that'd BE AMAZING. If not, y'all still cool.

Was craving some Crab on a monday afternoon. It does run on the pricey side but as opposed to spending time shopping , prepping and cooking -it saves you time. The owner is nice and was able the have the order ready in a timely manner . They only offer to-go at this time which is expected although it does not come with Crab crackers and if you don't have any at home it can be Time consuming and frustrating as the spikes on the king crab make it difficult to get open . While opening the bag it was Off- putting to see specks of black on the crab . And while I did proceed to wipe it off and still try to enjoy the meal it did bring the food down a notch knowing it could have been avoided if it was thoroughly processed before cooking .
