The service was good they were polite and I didn't feel rushed. The place was a mess food on the floor trash hanging out the bins and no toilet paper. The rice was not cilantro lime it was just white rice no flavor not even a hint. The beans were cold the chicken was dry and cold they had these items in the steamer but it was cold. The queso and chips was good. Not very good for a chipotle. 38.90 on bland cold food.

I asked for guacamole and payed for the price too but my order came without it. The rice in my burrito was hard and crunchy, so was the chicken. The portions have also gotten so much smaller.

The portions are so SMALL. Ordered a bowl of rice with chicken and veggies and the portions were all so small. I Could literally count the number of chicken pieces which were 8. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I’ve been to other chipotle’s locations. This one is the most stingiest I’ve seen.

the food is usually good but in recent times i've noticed they've gotten really stingy with portions at this location. the service has gone downhill unfortunately. they seem to have let go of the old staff and recently hired a bunch of new people who are generally rude and take forever to get through an order because they're all just talking. whoever is managing this location lowkey failed at hiring the newer people.

Coming here for lunch and I took a Carne Asada Bowl with brown rice and beans. The portion was decent, but for me the price is too much for a medium bowl. The carne asada was also tasty and I got fair amount of them. The critical thing is not on the food, but the cleanliness of the seating area that seems not to be noticed by the team members. It isn't on the same level as the price of the food as well as the restaurant ambience. I'm looking forward to seeing improvements in the future as I love having lunch at Chipotle.
I go here often after hitting the gym, and there's always an ingredient that's either still prepping or out of stock. Of the 5-ish times I'm here, it's either no brown rice or grilled peppers. Especially the grilled peppers. I loved Chipotle over the years because of the speed in which I get the food, but something's up with the (lack of) ingredient sourcing or line kitchen process. To add salt to the wound, the portion scoops, particularly with the grilled peppers (if it's even in stock) is exceptionally small. The service members are friendly, so I'll give them that. But c'mon, get the ingredients ready when it's peak lunch-time.
