Very nostalgic of Taiwan iron plate steak. Fair a bit of choices. Also comes with garlic bread and salad. Wish they also have the sweet corn soup as well but good enough for me.

If you want to try Taiwanese night market steak but you never get the chance to try, ok, you can try it. However, the price surprised me a little bit, I would rather choose other fine dining next time.

Taiwanese style steak house, my first choice when I miss a juicy meaty steak. And the price is so reasonable.

I have no idea what some of these reviews are saying but, my experience was very pleasant and satisfying The service was straight forward, to the point, they didn't rush us, they didn't push. They brought the food out fast, hot and fresh and the portion vs. the price tag wasn't a bad fit at all given the considerable portion size. They even include a drink with the hot plate combo meal and that is not something I've seen in any place usually. That was a pleasant surprise knowing I didn't have to pay extra on top of the meal just to have some tea. I'd dare say you should skip a steak house and come here for the ribeye.

Great food if you don't mind the non-existent service! Their sizzling black pepper steak is great.

The service is bad. The lady owner is rude! Let's see if the food is good or not. I know they are busy, but they don't have any courtesy at all.

I come here infrequently and ask myself why I've been sleeping on this place after every visit. You don't really need to know Chinese, I was able to order in broken mandarin. Note that you have to order steak rareness in Chinese number scale; 7 came out medium to medium rare in some spots for my friend. - Popcorn chicken. Love it! Big juicy pieces, extremely crispy, thin batter, with crispy clumps on the surface. The basil is kind of limp and oily, but I eat it anyways. HOT IRON PLATES I've had the pepper and mushroom sauces, I prefer the former. The pepper is sharp and punches you in the face, but they don't put an excessive amount, I could even have a bit more! The mushroom isn't my favorite since it's a little sour -- unexpected, but not bad. The plates comes with standard egg and fresh blanched broccoli, which soaks up the gravy nicely. I've also had the white rice, which is chewy and good. The spaghetti is also al dente and I actually became team pasta after trying it here. When you make it a combo, you get a sad iceberg lettuce salad with a sprinkle of corn and raisins, dressed w horseradish thousand island dressing. It's kind of good though, I can't explain it. You also get some free asian bakery white bread with some butter and garlic on it. It's so basic, but good because it's free. For drinks, I usually get the black tea. I recall the wintermelon tea being watered down, but I guess that's what also made it not so sweet. - Rib eye. The rib eye was cut thick, soft and tender, but the texture seemed too tenderized with corn starch for my liking. - Chicken and sole filet fish. I think the chicken was thigh, it was juicy and delicious with the pepper sauce. There were two kinds of fish the last time I went, I think I picked the sole filet, it was pan fried with a tasty eggy batter that stayed lightly crisp.

Management: If the owner may be more polite while speaking to customers, then we would highly recommend the restaurant to others. Food: Nice Asian style steak!

Excellent steak in Taiwanese style. Plenty of parking. Would go again when I am in the area.

An unique style of Taiwanese steakhouse experience that brings back memories of my childhood. The meal comes with salad and drink, and the sauce on the pork chops is the star of the dish! Meal itself is great, just the service partPork Chop is okay.

Restaurant background: Individual Taiwanese restaurant serving iron plate cuisines with different proteins.Signature item: I will not have any comments since their dishes are very similar. $15-$25, excluding tips.I ordered a combination plate with steak and cod. The portion size is good with the price, but the quality of meat is just ok. I should not complained about it because of the price. Anyway, portion size covers the poor quality of meat. fair enough. No service at all. Their service is very typically Asian type. No greeting, not table touching and no service. I seated by my self after they saw me standing at entrance for a while. They simply told me that "sit anywhere" I picked a table and grabbed menu by myself.Salad and garlic toast are not my dish. Both appetizers were horrible. the black tasted like sugar water and the toast was plain. The salad was a waste. It is just a restaurant for fill stomach when you are hungry and trying to save money.

I think the easiest thing to say about the place is that while the food is pretty good, it's also kind of expensive. I think that to get a dish like Popcorn Chicken for the price and not to get a whole ton is kind of lackluster. Service is okay, they seem to prioritize people who speak Mandarin. Doesn't affect me very much personally, but I just think that's kind of iffy service side as I've come here a few times with various people. Also there QR menu has some spam stuff and that's genuinely kind of weird coming from someone who works in the IT world. Eh, I think it's okay. You could do worse in the area, but you could also do a lot better.

Food here is great! The portion size was huge enough for two meals. My friend and I both had filet mignon with chicken steak, black pepper sauce. We were full and took some home for lunch tomorrow. The waitress was very nice and friendly. Overall, I would come back and try something different.

Our first and last time coming to this restaurant. The younger guy that took our order was really nice, the older lady was EXTREMELY RUDE. When we came in she was speaking English then she got upset that we were by the door waiting on our food. Mind you the tables are for eat in, with that being said she told her younger employee in their language ot of words as she stared at us and rolled her eyes. That absolutely did it for me, I speak 4 different languages and I would NEVER speak outside my language to anyone that doesn't know it. It is disrespectful to say things when people don't understand what you're saying. Bad business, she needs to humble herself before God humbles her. You don't treat people mean that support your business. Us customers are why business are open and they succeed. You CAN'T have a Business without CUSTOMERS.
