This was my first time at this location. They have a pretty good salad selection with cold plates at the station. I enjoy the pozole every time. The staff are friendly I'll return when out in the area again

Lol ok I haven't been here in years but this place especially when it was new and had lines for days was the place to be. I've pretty much had everyone I know take me here and sadly I'm usually the only one that wants to go back. There's always this sigh or silence when I suggest going but it was my bday or something so they were stuck haha. There's some others who like certain things like the catfish but overall they aren't fans. Yea I've been Bechanel at Ceasars and other bougie vegas type big buffets over the years but I still like GC lol. The food options is above average and there's something for everyone . This chain gets so much shade lol but it's honestly good imo. The desserts are the only thing that leave something to be desired.

Food was stiff and cold. Service was absolutely terrible they did not assist. The workers took all of our food when there was still food on our plates that they took. Completely ignored us. Said they had no steak sauce when we watched them take it from another table. Refused to give us refills. The workers were basically just trying to get us to leave. They were very rude. They made us feel very uncomfortable.

As a first time customer to this chain, we happened upon this location in the City of Industry. We missed lunch by 3 minutes so for myself and two adult-priced kids my total was a staggering $70 after tax.I asked for a slice of beef from the carving station, and well, you can see how that turned out. There were many choices that were nearly empty when we went. Even the margarine tub was empty. Most of the food was overly salted and had very little taste in my opinion. There were many older folks dining in, so maybe they know or tasted something I didn’t. On a positive note, the salad bar seemed fresh & had many choices.But my new rule before dining is to check the bathroom for cleanliness. You can see there is none at this restaurant and we won’t be back. For the price paid, we literally could’ve dined at a much nicer establishment as the selection and value just wasn’t there.

Food is good, forgot how busy it is on Sunday's. Waited in line for about 30 minutes other than that it was good.
Highly recommended, specially if you go during weekdays to avoid the crowds. The staff is always happy and the manager sets the tone. The kindest people you can find.If you seat at the right area you can see the elderly group that visits in the afternoon having a blast over the shrimp and just having fun.Lisbeth was an excellent waitress.
