While I do miss their old tea room, I do think this new boba shop format will be much more successful for them! There are plenty of seats for dining in with free parking! The hot pot was flavorful and filling, but would pass on the grapefruit green tea for another milk tea based drink.

Their teas are so good. I orders the Black Milk Tea w/boba, 30% sweetness. I could have gone up to 50%, but still you could really taste the ratio between the tea and the milk( I think they use non-dairy creamer). Simply satisfying. Also, their boba is of perfect sweetness, and texture. I also suggest their Lychee Green Tea, adjust the sweetness to your liking. I love their teas. I never got the name of the barista who makes the drinks, she does an awesome job. Try their food sometimes, I've been to the Hanlin in Taiwan, I'm sure their(Rowland Heights) food is just the same as in Taiwan. Stop in if you're in the area.

I love this place and I've never been disappointed. The food is always good, it's always hot. Staff is efficient and competent and helpful. This will always be a top spot for me. Top recommendations include: beef tongue plate, Taiwanese sausage appetizer, and the regular milk tea with red bean!!!

Come all the way to eat, the food is good. Pan-fried shrimps are 70% similar. The taste is okay, I like the fried shrimps, sweet but not spicy, Americans may think it is too bland, but it is a pity that the tea flavor is not enough.

One word to them, drink is disastrous. I don't know how you called yourself as a Taiwan Tea House. Party of 3 was having a drink after dinner, I asked them to 30% sweeten but still super sweet with no honey and tea tastes, my wife ordered hot drink for additional 50 cents but it wasn't even lukewarm. Drink is substantially degraded before pandemic. Only 4 tables were occupied including us on a busy Saturday night which tells me something seriously wrong with this Tea House.

Beef stew noodle is key. It has a Chinese medicine taste to it so good to I. Pork chop is good too. Very good in general their beef stew noodle is unique. Very good highly recommend very good tea too. Their pu er tea is good. Very cool very good beef stew noodle. They have a lot of noodles it all looks good haven't tried all of them but I plan to. It could be good like the beef stew noodle. Just a hint try it give it a holler.

This is my second time coming here for lunch. First time I had a regular soup bowl. It was very good, but forgot to write a review. This time we were tired from a night out and wanted something warm to fill our tummy's. Normally my goto is boiling point but my husband wanted me to try the hotpot here, and I was very happy he did! Place opens at 11, decor is nice open concept design is modern. Plenty of parking in this complex. Service was great we can scan the code and order with your phone or you ask your server to submit the order for you. My husband order the pickled broth hotpot He liked it a lot so 4/5 for him - it's honestly an acquired taste so I was not a fan I order the original seafood - large portions fresh seafood and all its toppings and good warm broth. 4/5 The only thing is, they add alot of cabbages so it felt wasteful since I can't finish it all. Of course order bbt - yummy ( the boba is chewy and soft 5/5) Highly recommend !

Just wanted to drop a line about a not-so-great experience I had at your place recently. I tried to get the menu using that QR code thing, but the website wouldn't load. When I mentioned this to the waiter, he kinda shrugged it off and said there was nothing to do about it. I thought maybe he could have run me through the menu or pointed me to Yelp or something. It was a bit of a letdown, to be honest. Hope you guys can sort it out for next time.

Their personal hotpot is one of the best I've had! What makes it so yummy is the broth - rich, clean, and super flavorful. The ingredients are able to absorb all of its yummy goodness. The amount of food is substantial, and it comes out fairly quick. We also tried some of the other items on their menu, and everything tastes fairly authentically Taiwanese. You order via a QR code at the table and pay up at the register. Service is quick and efficient. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot. Will definitely be back!
