Definitely NEVER coming here again. Our server, Alejandro, rushed us through the whole process. As soon as we sat down he was already asking for our orders. We told him weren’t ready and two minutes he comes back and asked us again if we were ready. Again we were not.When we got our food he came up to use and very briefly said everything is good huh. He didn’t wait for our response and just walked away.Meanwhile he was dropping off waters to the table in front of us. He spilled the water on a guest and didn’t seem to apologetic on the accident. He then left all the spilled water on the floor and made it seem like the guest was exaggerating on the amount of water that spilled on his chair.I had the turkey dinner and everything was cold. The broccoli the accompanied it was black.We were not even halfway through our meal when he presented us the check. Didn’t ask if we wanted refills didn’t ask if we wanted anything else.Everything was soo rushed and we were so poorly treated.We couldn’t even justify his poor service too lack of staff or it being packed. It appeared that the staff was all covering an area and there was not a lot of people.Good luck if you go eat here.
There were roaches May God protect us from the damage that this meal has done to us. The ambiance was ruined by the roaches crawling around us, scattering their twiggly legs on the wall.

Tried the short stacked Wonka pancakes to see what the hype was about.. 6/10! Only because it was way too sweet of my liking. The cream cheese mouse inside of the pancake was so sweet but it was ok. The purple wonka sauce tasted like melted chocolate sauce. I'm sure it's great and perfect for the kiddos tho! Got it as a side with my breakfast combination of some scrambled eggs, bacon and hash browns.. dabbed some hot sauce on it and it was good! Thanks!

Place is well kept and the service was good. I had the breakfast sampler, but instead of pancakes I had it with French toast... Delicious! There's a decent amount of parking.

Me and my boyfriend came here to eat a late breakfast. Martha was our server and host. It is slow but she is doing the food running, the checks, getting food and beverage orders, bussing, and hosting. As someone who is a server I can say that she is doing an amazing job. She is attentive and kind.

Good food and friendly, attentive service. Our waitress noticed my mom has dementia and was very accommodating. I wish I could remember her name. She had an A-line bob haircut in her (I'm assuming) 40s-50s. She even got my mom a coffee to go. I try and avoid places like this on a late Saturday morning but this time there wasn't any wait.

This review was after 3 bad experiences I had at this location. 1st bad experience, we sat down ordered food and almost immediately after our food was served, waitress left check at table. We ordered a few more things and refills that were extra charges and every time the waitress made faces of frustration and rolled her eyes. Spoke to the manager and all we got was an "ok I'll talk to her" and the rudeness continued. 2nd time we showed up, ordered some coffee and coffee mug was full of lipstick from a previous customer. We brought it to the waiter's attention and he said he didn't see anything, I wiped the lipstick off with a napkin g wrapped around my finger and after seeing the red lipstick on the napkin and a clean section on the rim of the mug, he took it and didn't bring aNew, clean cut of coffee until I was almost half way done with my food. 3rd and final bad experience was today, 10-1-23. Ordered coffee and waitress gave me coffee with small bowl full of creamers. Only to find an open used creamer on the bowl and way at the bottom of the bowl, under the rest of the creamers, bitten off shrimp tails that had been chewed on and spat out onto the bowl. Waitress took them and replaced the creamers. It appears as though their cleaning habits are lacking and can definitely affect people that eat there. I worry that they probably just rinse the plates, bowls, spoons forks and everything and just reuse them without proper cleaning procedures. Will definitely not eat there again as this time around, what I saw was beyond disgusting and worrisome as to the possible spread of any and all germs, diseases, and viruses. It's expensive and very little food is now served compared to before. Norms is a much better option.
