First time visiting - I thought it would be some kind of sit down location but it wasn't. We were greeted right away at the door and the lady that helped us gave us menus that we could keep. I also thought we'd be getting small containers to take but they're actually pretty big! And it was packed in a cute bag - it felt like I bought a gift for myself. I tried the triple latte, it was delicious!

The staff are so friendly! Much better than other stores, I will only buy from this store next time!

Not sure what happened to their quality. I should've double checked my order prior to leaving. The jar had mango & coconut spilled all around the container. Will not be returning.

Togo only location for Melo melo fansThe store only open till 4pm and we got here at 3:58pmIf you are a dessert foodie who loves to eat "not too sweet" food, this kind of dessert is for you. Service was quick and friendly. They do share a big parking lot with Frank and Sons as well as Bennihana so the parking can be challenging sometimes. I got the mango rolls and gold kiwi coconut jelly today, and that was a bomb. The mango rolls are fresh with thick mango pieces wrapped inside the thin rice paper.Coconut jelly tasted so good and creamy. I gave both 10/10Another plus for this store is that they have an extensive menu for you to choose from. By the way these jars are reusable so it is very eco friendly for those who cares.

When I think of Melo Melo, I think of a homey type of feeling of comfort. Not only are their desserts both delicious and the right amount of sweetness, it reminds me of my mom and grandma making Vietnamese desserts called Che where some have coconut milk and it just gives it the right touch of creaminess to the dessert. You can feel the love that was put in with each bite. For Melo Melo, even though it’s not che, I still get that same nostalgic feeling and my heart is full (and stomach too). They have a wide range of flavors, from different fruits, to jelly, to childhood favorites like ovaltine or oreo mixed with their signature coconut jelly, and more! They just came out with a Sunset Series, the Sunset Mango Coconut, Sunset Sticky Rice Coconut, and the Sunset Durian Coconut. I also grabbed a jar of Matcha Coconut to go. I love the fact that the desserts aren’t overly sweet and get the sweetness from the fruit or mix-in. The soothing coconut cream jelly/pudding consistency makes it a dream to slurp or in my case, inhale the entire thing. Also just upon opening the jar I have instant joy from seeing it jiggle jiggle! The Sunset Mango Coconut reminds me if a mango sticky rice dessert had a baby with coconut pudding. Genius! The Sunset Sticky Rice Coconut reminds me of the glutinous purple rice vietnamese che, with the coconut cream on top. Mmmm! The Sunset Durian Coconut.. OMG.. if you are a durian lover… yes! And yes!!! For you haters out there.. It is the king of all fruit.. Only kings and queens can handle it! Jk! It tastes fresh and not rubbery as if it was frozen and thawed. The durian was creamy and custardy, and then adding another layer of texture coming from the sticky rice, and POW some velvety coconut jelly to put it all together. My absolute fave! The matcha coconut was delicious and not too strong in matcha flavor. I’ve had where matcha was so overbearing and bitter that it was difficult to enjoy. Not this one! This one was super smooth and slurpilicious! Right amount of matcha, right amount of coconut where it doesn’t overpower the green tea, great texture and enjoyable! Yes I devoured that! Basically I inhaled everything because the desserts were light and not heavy! I can totally eat this for days!!! So whoever said they don’t have room for dessert.. that’s a lie because there is room for Melo Melo!

Found this place driving on the 60 freeway. Had to stop and check it out. These coconut desserts are sooooo delicious. I have t tried all the flavors yet but I definitely intend to. My favorites are mango and Oreo so far. I really enjoy the packaging as well. Also if you save the contains and bring them 10 you get a free coconut dessert. Yay!!!

One of my favorite spots for coconut treats! Whether you treat it as a dessert or a healthy snack, it is a perfect bite. I've tried many of their flavors and they're all great! My favorite is the triple coconut. It's a whole coconut filled with coconut jelly, coconut pudding and the coconut meat. The following toppings are also really good: dragonfruit, matcha, red bean, strawberry, and kiwi. Coconut lovers, this is the spot for you!

I've seen it on social media and I've read that an Irvine location is coming soon, but when I saw their shop on the way to Frank & Son, I thought I should stop in to see the hype. The shop is super small upon entrance, but the bright coral pink backdrop wall really caught my attention. It's such a beautiful color it definitely brightened up my mood. The display fridge neatly showed all their goods on three shelves, but when I came in, the middle shelf was completely empty. I was bummed since it was mostly their fruit series, but I asked the staff if they had any more and to my delight, they did!Since the fruits are cut fresh, it takes about 3-4 minutes for them to prep and best consumed within 1-2 days. The ones without fruit can be consumed within 3-4 days. They are a bit pricey in my opinion starting at $8 a piece, but the quality, flavor and cute mason jar adds up to the value. So I got two - matcha and strawberry. They had some special flavors like red bean mochi that was $12, but I wanted to try the original before going all in.All I can say is WOW. I was really taken aback in a good way. Super silky, milky and coconut-y. Flavor and sweetness are both light, but distinctly coconut. The original coconut jelly has the consistency of silken tofu, which makes for a refreshing dessert that is palate cleansing, but not filling. So basically, you won't feel guilty for finishing an entire jar in one sitting. The matcha was like a matcha latte, but much more milky than matcha taste.Overall, I'll stick to the original series with fruit on top, but I'm quite curious about their other flavors like black sesame, oreo, avocado, taro, and durian. Now I'm excited for the Irvine location to open!

.What I ordered: ✨Matcha Red Bean Mochi Coconut: GET THIS! My palletes were dancing with joy. You get so many flavors and texture. The first is the coconut jelly. It’s more of a tofu texture and melts into your mouth as soon as you take a bite. Then when you reach the red beans, you get a wholesome flavor of home (for those who grew up eating red bean desserts). Then you get to the bottom layer which is the mochi! It’s a bit chewy and I love it! Not sure if you are supposed to mix the layers together; I like eating each layer one by one. ✨Mango Purée: You cannot go wrong with this one! Love their mango purée; so sweet and fresh. They also give you huge chunks and a decent amount of mango! ✨Musang Durian Coconut Jelly: This was also one of my favorites as I am a HUGE lover of Durian. The Durian was high quality and they give you a generous amount. ✨Triple Latte: This reminded me of my mom would make for me. Definitely give this a try if you love latte/coffee! ✨Oatmeal Coconut: This flavor was okay for me. The texture reminded me of a Vietnamese dessert called Sticky Rice Pudding with Coconut Milk. However, as for the taste it was a bit bland in my opinion. Melo Melo has so MANY flavors I would love to come back and try: The Golden Kiwi Jelly, The Dragonfruit Jelly and the Strawberry Purée!

I haven't gone to the actual store, but my friend was generous enough to bring me back a dragon fruit coconut jelly and coconut jelly triple. The coconut jelly triple was delicious and so refreshing! I love the mixture of different textures and how it was naturally sweet. My parents enjoyed the dragon coconut jelly, which speaks volumes coming from Asian parents. I love those it comes in the reusable glass jars, so cute and environmentally friendly.

Mind. Freaking. Blown. By how good the jelly is... just wow. I have heard reallly good things about melo melo but never got to try it until recently. My family brought some home and I got the matcha flavor. First bite. Oh my gosh. That coconut and matcha flavor blended perfectly and the consistency was a little weird at first, but after the first bite I couldn't stop! It was a BUCKET full of yumminess. It's very filling though so I recommend sharing with a loved one. Can't wait to try other flavors!
