I came here for a quick lunch which never happened. I ordered my meal and sat down. My coworker ordered after me and got his meal first. The two people that walked in minutes after us ordered and got their meals. At this point it’s 15 mins I didn’t mind waiting at first because it had been years since the last time I had Tommy’s. Seeing that my friend was basically done eating I had to finally see what was going on. They hadn’t placed my order…. They said they would start it then but by now half my lunch break is over and we have to leave. I asked for a refund which she hesitated on doing and when she did she didn’t want to refund my drink even though I hadn’t even had a sip of. She then proceeded to try and give me my change back in coins….Not only did I leave hungry but upset. Looks like I won’t be having Tommy’s for another couple of years now.

My food was cold and so we're a few other peoples food, chili was so Luke warm or hold that not even cheese melted and was told it was because of the condiments. Trash was full and had to repeat my order three times and it was a #2 with chili cheese fries, fries were not hot

DISAPPOINTMENT! ?‍???I know that I can't wait any longer compared to the large chains that exist in California since I had heard that these burgers had a special menu or a secret menu in which you could enjoy a burger completely different from the rest of the commercial chains ? but oh surprise, they are definitely very expensive and not worth it at all since they simply taste like a burger with beans ??, and their price is exaggeratedly high compared to the competition like in and out ???, But at the end of everything I tried some different burgers what is the intention of the commercial chain the tension on the part of the staff is very bad I definitely would not return ?‍?

Food is good, tastes like original Tommy’s from Rampart. My complaint is that they don’t seem to be trained by the original Tommy’s people, they don’t understand or know how to serve a burger with extra extra chilli ? it’s a thing at the original Tommy’s. Also I was disappointed with the fries. So tight with the fries. Fries are about 5 dollars and got hardlly any of them, maybe a shallow handful and my hand is small. At the original Tommy’s they give you a hefty portion of fries. Also they are missing the chips, original Tommy’s had chips! Keep it well served and original please.

Ok Tommy's, you lost a star for this location. I recently stopped by the original and got a beautifully sloppy chili filled burger. Came by Industry about a month later and the chili was more like a spread. Sadly, it was not oozing out of the burger or no where near enough for flavor. Cmon Industry, put a little more chili to make it like the originals. If you need an example take a trip to LA.Still clean, still easy to park, still friendly and has great specials (check Instagram).

Always enjoy Tommy's burgers and chili since my Dad took me to the original one on Beverly. I have been taking my son and we've been scoring some good social media specials like $2.49 for chili cheese fries or $2.99 for a double chili burger. I remember the old days when you could grab a bottle of pop from several coolers they had by the little shack. Tommy's always good for the tummy.

Burger didn't seem to have much flavor. For a place that advertised "world famous" I had high expectations that were not met.It seems more akin to a fast food chain, maybe like baseball stadium type food, not restuarant quality.

Came inside to dine. I got here near closing, and yet they were very professional and kind. I enjoyed it very much.

Food is pretty much what you expect from Tommy's but the workers there were having a bad day and it really showed. If management actually reads this I ate there with my friends on September 11th 2023 around 7pm. The girl that took the order acted like she didn't want to be there and the cook that helped us with our order that was wrong obviously didn't want to be there either. Parking is super easy here since it has its own dedicated parking lot.

How is the receipt machine not working and you hand me my fries like this on a to go order. Where is the management in this place? This is not the first time this happens.

grew up with Tommy's, and the Dodgers, as a couple of the things i looked forward to. The original location in LA is still there, and the character shows a little at the Industry location. supposed to be in a diet, but couldn't resist.of course I'll be back.
