The food and service have improved significantly since we dined in 2 years ago. Everything we ordered, from combination fried rice, sausage rice to joy pot, were excellent and big portions. Milk tea is consistently good and tastes like authentic tea not some fake powdery stuff. Staff were great and food came out quickly. We will visit there more often.

We got the spicy mixed bowl which came with bits of other vegetables that were seasoned well. Although this is msg in a bento box, I was filled and satisfied. The mala broth was not overly spicy but still satisyingly numbing. Nothing I'd go out of my way to get but I was hungry and this was in the area

Despite the plenty of boba options in Rowland heights, Ten Ren still has the best green milk tea and also still reasonably priced. When most places are charging $8 for gimmicky drinks, the prices have stayed relatively the same here. They are reliable and consistent. I love the catering option where you can get a gallon along with enough boba and cups for 10 people.

My favorite thing to get here is the popcorn chicken. One thing I like is that you can choose a spice level. Their drink options are really delicious.

I must express my profound disappointment with my recent visit to this establishment. It has been quite some time since I last frequented this location, which had always been a reliable go-to for exceptional boba drinks. However, the experience I had today has left me utterly disheartened.Let's begin with the silver lining: the crystal boba. The texture of the crystal boba was undeniably fantastic, delivering a delightful "qq" quality. However, regrettably, it lacked any discernible flavor. While the added texture is appreciated, it ultimately falls short in the flavor department. Now, on to the disheartening part of my experience—the Jasmine Green tea. Although it possessed the appearance of Jasmine Green tea, its taste was a far cry from what one would expect. Instead of the delightful infusion of tea flavors, it resembled nothing more than overly sweetened water. I had opted for the standard ice and sugar levels, without any special adjustments, and yet it tasted overwhelmingly sugary. It's disheartening to think that I paid $5 for what essentially amounted to overly sweet colored water. This drastic decline in quality is a painful departure from what was once a reliable boba haven. To say the least, I have no intention of returning to this establishment. I couldn't even bring myself to finish this small cup, and my stomach is now starting to protest. If you're in search of a truly enjoyable boba experience, I would strongly recommend crossing the driveway to Xingfu Tang, where you can find a truly drinkable alternative.

Love this brand of tea! Flavorful authentic Chinese tea that I prefer to taste over tons of other tea houses. This location specifically is wonderful with their awesome services, especially the gentleman who helped us. Accidentally spilled tea all over our table and instead of him getting upset, he cleaned it up and replaced the same tea spilled. That's top notched service! And with their delish shaved ice desserts and appetizers, no need to look for anywhere else when it comes to tea houses. Place is spacious for groups and has outdoor seatings. Definitely coming back should we be in the area.

Customer service was great. Place is clean. I got the Spicy Miso Ramen to go. They give you the soup separate from the ramen noodles and meat which was kinda cool. With that being said when I got to work my noodles seemed old. They were kinda gooey. The soup was a little salty for my taste but had a good spice to it.

The young lady with a mask was prompt and attentive, along with other staff members. The premise’s circular theme offers a imagination of spinning while being stationary!

As I mentioned for another Ten Ren location, they are one of the OG Taiwanese boba places and use premium tea since the Ten Ren family was in the tea business first.

s ten rens location has always been so good to me. Their service is always great and even though they are mostly known for their food, their food is surprisingly pretty good. We got their tempura, house fried rice, noodles, and dumplings. The ambience is like the other ten rens, but what really stands out are the teas. You can go for the basic drinks like the slushes, but I recommend getting something using their premium teas. I usually get the ti kuan yin milk tea with half sugar. That drink is a 5/5 and they have so many types of drinks there is something for everyone.

First time visitor here - I had their yogurt slushee boba and shrimp egg fried rice. Both were excellent - the yogurt slushie tastes exactly like Korean Yogurt (yakult) and their shrimp fried rice was heavily portioned and not too salty. Excellent shop - will be back soon!
