Food had Metal shavings in it. I complained, they said they would refund me but never did! I called 3 times and they are supposedly working on it. If you like food out of a microwave this is your place.

I love waba grill but the service here is TERRIBLE. It's nice to have a drive thru but they take forever. I went the last time to pick up the food thinking it'll be faster but no and I know why they take forever because it's only two of them and they're blasting music.

Went though drive thru maybe I would get better service then other times. It took over 10 min to get my order. Came out and it was really cold, since it was given to another customer and brought back. Asked if I wanted it reheated. Eating out is getting so expensive really should be better service. I just took my reheated still cold food, with no condiments (yes they forgot those also) and left

Every time i come here to get something quick for lunch the staff is rude as hell ! They need to be let go. Unfortunately it's either you overworked them or hired on people that just doesn't care about your establishment. It shouldn't take me five minutes to get through the drive-thru ... so it's either the Stabley Schmidt has a bad intercom or the staff just doesn't care to really take anyone's order ... I've never had to repeat, in order so many times! So i get to the window and woman named Keyrie or something literally shows no emotions .. then asks what my order was LOL Like are you not keeping track ? It's sad that the younger generation that's working in these fast food establishments are absolutely ruining all these places. I'm scared to even eat the food so i just tossed it. I even said thank you multiple times with no acknowledgment .. If someone has such demeanor like this, then they should not be working here.

Awful. Spent over forty minutes trying to cancel my online order and wasn't able to. I was redirected, than told to call back. The line kept getting disconnected. I suspect they were annoyed I was calling so picked it up but didn't respond hoping I would just hang up. I could hear the employees in the background. I stayed on the line and called with a different phone and didn't hear any ringing in the background. I just wanted to cancel my order.

Drive thru line is extremely slow. I believe that it is due to someone ordering something that they don't readily available unlike chicken or beef, which is fine, but they should direct those people to park in a designated spot and have someone come out and hand them it. There was one car that held up the whole line for 15 minutes, after that car was gone, the rest of the orders/cars went by fast, maybe 30 seconds each car. I believe management needs to re-evaluate the ordering system for the drive thru.
