At 4:00 on Tuesday afternoon, this was the selection. They close at 7:00! The people in front of me left after they were told that's all they had left. When it was my turn to order, I asked them to make me pretzels, which they did! I had to tell them, and they seemed annoyed. While I waited for my order, people after me were also told that's all they had and they left! HahaATTENTION TO THE OWNER: You are losing revenue because your workers are turning people away because there's no pretzels being made with almost 3 hours left until closing. I've also experienced this location stopping to serve with 20 minutes left before closing. Horrible service that affects customers and lost revenue for the owner, which I care about because I don't want this place to close. God knows it's the last store left at the Puente Hills Mall! HahaBottom line: if you're expecting good service (pass on this place). If you want to order your favorite pretzel, chances are they won't have it unless you ask them to make it. If so, be prepared to wait 15 mins or more while they make it.By the way, this location has an average rating of 1 star and the owners will never address any complaints. So come here at your own risk if you value good service or your valuable time!

I get it they were closing but as I was walking over they turned their lights off so when I walked away I turned around and they were laughing at us. This was totally disrespectful I understand they are kids making minimum wage but it is common decency. Whoever was closing on 2/26/23 at this location needs to be spoken to about their attitude.

Very rude and bad service, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I decided not to spend my money at this place. I spent my money atAMC PUENTE HILLS THEATRES. THEY HAVE BEST COMFORT FOODS AND FELT VERY WELCOME AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN AUNTIES ANNES IS BETTER THAN THESE BOZOS. WETZEL PRETZELS IS TOOO EXPENSIVE ALSO.

Had to wait 10 minutes for a pretzel with no one else in line. After 10 minutes they said they forgot and went on break. Had to wait another 10 minutes. 20 min for a yucky pretzel! The only reason I waited was for the benefit of a child with a strong pretzel craving!

I dont know why google says there closed at 12:30 am.becuz I just purchased the pretzel with pepperoni and jalapeno and they offered to put butter on it and of course I obliged. Crispy crust,soft fresh inside.yes good

Waited about 5. To 7 minutes in front of the cash register and no one helped or even acknowledge us. The girl was standing to our right putting some pretzels in the oven. I figured she would take our order next. Was I wrong! She proceeded to make pretzels. She just ignored us.

I love this place and this location is especially good! Their team is friendly and they do the pretzels right Came to see a movie and got a snack here before and it was well worth the wait (less than 10 mins ). So come here for bomb pretzels!!

Nice cashier but they really need a manager on duty to monitor the freshness of the pretzels. I got a pepperoni pretzel and it was stale and burnt. Judging by the reggaeton that was playing inside their storage room, you can tell the managers let the workers have a laid back environment and im all for that however, your competition is upstairs, you need to step it up.

Well. I love pretzels but this store the bread was too hard and not hot. Maybe because I order at 8pm? I was waiting for my movie and try to get some snacks. The taste made me disappoint. Another thing made me unhappy was the lemonade. I do not want to waste it because it is not allowed to bring it in to the theater, therefore, I ordered a regular size drink. She recommended me to order a large one for only more 50cents. But I don't want to waste the drink not the money. I even can't put my straw in. Because she give me a lot of ice!!! Two thirds of the whole cup is iceï¼ also I ordered the classic hotdog. She give me a jalapeí±o one. No comment.

This Wetzels Pretzels place is annoying me. The cashier is very not smart. She over charged me for something I didn't want even after repeating the order 3 times. They need to make better choices as to who is working for this company. No wonder Auntie Anne's is the best. Yeah they may be a little pricey, but at least they get your orders right. This is the second time I came to location and hoping it's better than last year, but it's not. It's very disappointing that the Mano hasn't try to resolve the issues since it is affecting the company and its brand. I guess the owner really don't care if their business crashed and burn. Today I actually came back to give it another try, and it was very successful. The owner here really do take care of their customer and took care of the solution. The food was very fresh and the staff where all friendly and welcoming. Keep up the good customer service.
