The first time I was stopped by a store clerk asking for a tip was when you were hiding. Today I was in a very bad state, so I was dragged to eat by a friend because I went to the front desk to pay by myself. I thought it was takeout, so I filled in the tip of 0, but the female clerk was She stopped her very loudly and asked why she had to fill in 0. I didn’t even think about it at the time, but I immediately went back and filled in the tip again and told her I was sorry.Today I experienced a very bad thing during the day, so I was in a bad mood. Later, I burst into tears while I was eating. Normally, I will tip between 15-25% after the meal. If I encounter poor service, at least I will Give me 10% plus I tipped before eating and you haven’t served me yet. What should I tip based on what you served? How much to give? This is the first time I have encountered this kind of thing in the United States in so many years. Neither myself nor the people around me will eat there again.

Whenever I’m in Rowland Heights, Yintang is one of my go-to places for lunch or dinner. It’s great to choose from a wide selection of toppings. The price is right, around $20 per person. Service is fast.

Good personal hotpot place. Good price to permanent ratio. Pretty fast. The soups were all nice and drinkable. Even the spiciest level was not that spicy. Lots of veggies and meats to choose from. All tasted pretty fresh. If I were in the area I would come again if I have a craving for hotpot.

First time coming and I WILL be back! This place has so many hot pot options to add into your soup, it's AMAZING. I can't wait to come back and get more. Their options they have is more than Hot and Spicy Dip which is not too far away. The service here is FAST like very impressed with how they are able to get the food cooked and out to your table in a timely manner. They will tell you which table is yours (A6, B2, etc.) when you walk right in and there is no wait. Then you go to the side to pick your offerings you want in your hot pot. You pay when you're done but based on reviews if you pay in cash, and you are over 1lb you get a free plum juice! They will then give you a coil wristband with a number which you take back to your table and they'll use that to give you your soup. The broth here is so flavorful. Absolutely love it - there was a hint of gaminess to it so I don't know if they boil multiple orders in one big pot or what, but it was tolerable. I can't stand the taste of lamb so that is why I picked up on the subtle hint of flavor.Toppings/dip sauce for the soup are standard. The chili oil on the table my sister absolutely loved. I didn't try it but will next time. This place gets loud cause a lot of groups eat here so it can get a bit noisy where it may be hard to hear. Overall though had a wonderful experience - definitely will be bringing friends and family here to try it!Don't forget to get a stamp card!

Inside small plaza. Plenty parking. Its not hot pot like usually hot pot, where you cook your own food.So you pick whatever you want from buffet for 13.99/lbs, bring it to cashier, they will weight it and ask you what kind soup you want and give you the number.Veggie is fresh and clean.Buffet place is clean. The most popular and tasty is beef soup but mild spicy (for me i dont taste any spicy). Second is tomato soup a little sour and last clear soup. For clear soup, you need to add salt by yourself. For people dont eat salty it will be okay. You can put minced garlic and green onion from sauces station on the soup, make it more tasty. Off course if you like garlic and green onion.Ask for small bowl for sharing.Place is clean, server is good too. At least they can explain it how its work in english.I try plum juice drink and its not my favorite. There is a smoke taste or something. Its just different than i thou.Definely will be back.

We were hungry and randomly picked a restaurant. Oh boy, it was a great pick. We had no idea what we walked into.It is a hotpot restaurant, but works differently.Basically, they give you a big-o-bowl. Fill that bowl up at their food counter with whatever ingredient you want. There are so many great options. All hotpot items, of course. The final price is based on pound. So, don't go too overboard...hahaha.After that, the counter lady will ask what soup base you wish to have. Pay for it and get yourself a number and table. They will bring you your big-o-bowl of soup with whatever delicious ingredients you have picked all cooked and ready for your tommy. It is a really relaxing and easy going place. I said, it is best for a big lunch or dinner. It is more of a big-o-bowl of noodle restaurant rather than a hotpot place

So far I've been here twice and really enjoyed it both times. I think it's becoming my favorite hot pot restaurant in the area. The best part about it is the concept. You enter the restaurant and grab a bowl to pick any toppings you want (60+ toppings available to choose from). Then your bowl is weighted (you later will pay by pound). The last step is to pick your soup base: bone broth (with different spice levels) or tomato. Then your toppings are taken to the kitchen to get cooked. It's such a great system, because you get exactly what you want. The products quality is very decent. And I love that they have a loooot of veggies. This place is very popular, but tables free up quickly. Lots of parking right next to the restaurant.

First of all, I came to Yin Tang from 2 years ago. It was my favorite hot pot place, and I really loved the flavorful taste and took all my family and friends there. Last time I ordered from uber eats, they sent me a whole different order. I did get a refund but I had to starve my whole meal that day.I had to go to a different city for a long time and I really missed Yin Tang and waited an year to have this meal. When I came back I was so excited, but what I came back was food that I had picked out. I found a red string? I don't even know if this is plastic or rubber material. As soon as I found that, I threw away my food in the sink, but as I started to pour my food, I saw more ingredients that wasn't that ingredients I put in. This was my favorite restaurant, and I waited so long but only for disappointment.

Recommendations from friends often lead to amazing discoveries. Their attentive service and precise food weighing create a perfect setting for customizing my meal. It is kind of far from house but it was worth it :-)

This is a place I go to for a giant bowl of hot pot soup. It will come out in real hot temperature! So all the veggies and meat you pick and weigh are going to be well done. $13.99 per pound with whichever soup flavor you choose. If you happen to get more food in the bowl, taking leftover will still taste as good. While the staffs are friendly and diligent, the condiments are self-serve and free. An exciting spot to eat out at, all year round

Hot Pot style while they cook for you in the back. You grab a clean bowl and start getting the ingredient from self-serve bar; then get weighted at the cashier. As broth option: Tomato or Beef (Tonkotsu style) bowl of hot soup will bring to the table in about 10 min with all cooked ingredients; and pair with a fair selection from sauces bar.I have good experience of this newly open restaurant; and looking forward to try out different broth. If you are craving for hotpot and don't want spend too much of the time; this is the place.
