My friend and I decided to try this place out after a morning walk around the village. I was almost finished with my cup of iced tea, as my girfriend and I walked in to to check out the menu. However, we were met with the rude cashier. Not a smile, hello, good morning, or offer to help...rather the first thing out of her mouth in a very condescending tone was "We don't allow outside drinks....you can take a table outside." Which I completely understand, and would have gladly adhered to if the cashier would have taken the time to greet us appropriately. How does she know we were not just checking out the menu...or placing an order to go? The cashier needs some training on customer service. She should work on her delivery, tone, and remember that she is in the customer service industry and kindness goes a long way...especially for a small business. I would like to also add there was not another single customer inside or outside....makes me think this place is not that great anyway. There's no way I would willing choose to dine at this establishment after I was so rudely spoken too. There's plenty of other places to choose from in the village.

My recent experience was far from satisfactory due to the poor customer service. From the lack of attentiveness from the host to the inattentive waitstaff, the overall experience was disappointing, it's difficult to recommend dining here until improvements are made."

0.5 stars if i could leave a review. I understand outside food or drinks are not permitted, however my brother has a mental and physical disability. The drink on hand was water. As if the company, was going to loose so much money. When told about my brothers special disability, she said "I don't care, it doesn't matter, all customers are treated the same." This restaurant and most of all the lady at the cashier lady with yellow grown out hair Hispanic woman was very rude. They do not care about inclusion or customer service. They never apologized, not good people. We were paying customers, and they treated us horribly. I recommend to take your time and money elsewhere, these people do not deserve it!0/5 stars if you could leave a review. They never apologized, you can see the type of people they are. Very confident and not at all humble. There the humanity of people is demonstrated, in situations like this. We were customers and they treated us horribly. Please take your business and money somewhere else, these people don't deserve it!

I've been coming here for years, I was craving a crepe so I got a banana strawberry crepe, the bananas were over riped, so I took it back for a refund because at that point I was grossed out, I had barely taken 2 bites so it wasn't like I ate it all and the wanted a refund, the lady didn't want to give me a refund she offered to remake it with fresh banana, so I took it because that's all she offered, when she brought it over to me I could tell she was mad, she was bothered at me, but they are the ones that gave me over riped banana. I will not be going back.

Cute lil Parisienne themed Cafe! Order at the counter, food brought to the table. We ordered omletes and shared the Strawberry Crepe. Yum! Parisienne music added to the atmosphere!

Super cozy atmosphere and the most delicious crepes. My go-to is the normandie a la mode! A little pricey but worth it in my opinion. Love that it's located in the packing house, it's such a central and cute location. Highly recommend for all your crepe needs!

I went out of my way today because I enjoy the cappuccinos here. Google says the place opens at 9 and it’s also marked on their front door. I showed up 10 min after and the door was still locked. I peered in and noticed an associate at the counter looking to be prepping. I knocked just to ask what time, to see if I should wait or come back later. The associate looked over and ignored me. I guess it’s a Tierra Mia kinda morning today.

Sign says open but server didn’t let us in and told us to eat somewhere else. Staff was awful, would not recommend.
