**NOT SAFE FOR VEGANS** I have been to this location with my family 5 or 6 times as Mom lives in Upland. She often goes here and enjoys their food. Seeing as there are Vegan options (i.e., brioche bun, impossible burger, substitute for no aioli sauce), I have been excited to eat here. Every. Single. Time I come here and order explicitly vegan, the person on the phone takes my order and perfectly repeats back to me what I asked for. BUT, the last 5-6 times I receive my food and it is incorrect (i.e. real meat, cheese, aioli sauce, etc.). I did not catch this the first couple times and drove all the way home (20 minutes) just to have to drive back. Each time the excuse is "the people in the back must have gotten it wrong". DUH. It was shaken off at first and was even a running joke in my family that "we should check the bag before we leave just in case". On those times we checked the bag, much to our expectations, the vegan order was wrong.... I am writing this review due to my most previous visit last week. I ordered as usual: impossible burger, brioche bun, no cheese, no sauce, add avocado. What I received: Regular bun, double beef patty, cheese, added bacon, with sauce..... I'm not sure what the opposite of my order was, but what I received was pretty close. Upon return to the store, the cashier was rude at first when I said "it seems my order is wrong". She replied "Let me see!" but immediately changed her tone when she visually confirmed that my order was the furthest thing from what I paid for. The kicker? She's the one who took my order. She looked like she saw a ghost as she looked me in the face as she has done many times and said "......I guess the people in the back must have gotten it wrong". I KNOW. She sheepishly told me she could have them remake it, unfortunately the cooks are either incompetent or this establishment does not care about their vegan customers. I've been vegan for the better part of a decade, so eating animal products makes me physically ill and often causes gastrointestinal pain for days. I had to decline the offer to remake the food and just asked for a refund. *IF YOU ARE VEGAN DO NOT EAT HERE*

I love this place! My favorite is the SooCali hotdog. I like the open "garage" door atmosphere especially on a warm weather day. The employees are so nice and the service is great! The food is always delivered quickly and so yummy! Can't wait to go back!

Pathetic service’. Couldn’t figure out how to change channels on the tv. Final Four game on and waited over 30 minutes to figure out where the remote is. Instead, I ended up watching a college softball game. Ughhhh! The bartender was too busy talking to her coworker instead of serving me a beer at the bar. Waited over 10 minutes to get a beer. Very disappointing and poor customer service. Would expect more, but culture is everything!

Came here for the 4th time BIG MISTAKE Food was HORRIBLE my fries were undercooked Service was also HORRIBLE was there waiting so long for my food when it was just me and my daughter inside the restaurant. we saw the employees on their phone while my food was sitting on the table next to the doors will definitely be going to the Victoria gardens location next time. manager up front was touching his nose and grabbing my beers will not be coming back.

Ordered for pickup over the phone the other night . Not sure if it was because they were close to closing but our food was cold and soggy. We also found hair in the chili that goes to the tater tot's . Definitely disgusted us to not even want to continue with the food. My significant other ordered a burger and it was raw pink, wasn't even edible. Very much disappointed as I was going to call and complain but no point because they were already closed by that time.

Amazing experience at this location! The workers are very attentive and super kind to people who are waiting. I love their breakfast burritos and I get the Impossible with the arugula, tomatoes and sunny side up eggs! Everything is so fresh and combines so well with one another, I highly suggest their burritos! They're also quite large and in charge, so be ready to be super full off of half of a burrito for a while!

Tried to give me a $20 coupon from my last visit so that I could give them a second chance for closing their kitchen 30 minutes early after I place an order online and no one called me that my order had been canceled and they charge my CC too. The coupon they give didn't work btw. They said just order ahead and they'll give me $20 refund. Just saw my CC charge right now and they charge me the full amount, unbelievable. I should've learned my mistake the 1st time around. Lastly, the employees at this doghaus doesn't look like they want to work here, They're always grumpy and not welcoming.

Was craving a good burger and tots. Had only had the burritos from here before but I remembered the tot's were perfection so I decided to give it a go. Ordered online for pickup. When I got home I was sad to see that the tots I ordered were packed with toppings already on them. You see online they show the tots separately from the toppings.. so I assumed that's how they would be packaged especially since it's pretty well known that fries and tots don't travel well. The burger was delicious and exactly what I was craving. I ordered the Holy Aioli. Tbh, I devoured it so fast I totally forgot to take pictures. Honestly if the tots were packaged like the picture on their website, I would've given 5 stars but I HAD to knock off 2 stars cause 1/2 the tots were already soggy from the 10 min drive home. Will I return? Yes, but dining in OR specifically asking for tots to be packaged separately.
