“Stopped on our way to worldmark in clear lake...was a Thursday afternoon so pretty quiet. Great attention from the staff and loved the stories about their wine and the elk. It will definitely be our go to winery anytime we are up that way.Purchased 2 amazing bottles and my friends each purchased a case.The grounds were beautiful and inside wine tasting areas had alot of food choices/snacks to pair with the wine. Would definitely recommend.“

“This is our new pit stop when we travel from Humboldt to Sacramento on Highway 20. The burritos are huge! We picked up two on our way to fly out of Sacramento and could only eat one so we brought one to Hawaii and enjoyed it there! On our way back we stopped again and it really is a great road food choice for that drive! The hot salsa is a green salsa and is very good, I will be getting an order of that for later use next time! Great staff and a clean dining area with TV to watch if you are alone and a full bar that joins the restaurant. We were driving, so we didn't get anything from the bar. Perhaps sometime we can try a cocktail when we are not in a rush. We did get horchata both times too which is another nice treat for the drive and theirs is perfectly made. They were kind enough to double wrap our burrito order because we were eating in the car and we had the spicy green sauce added to the burrito on the second trip through so we didn't have to try and do that in the car driving. Please drive safe on the 20 and enjoy the beautiful scenery and local food options like this wonderful little restaurant.“

“NEVER HAD A BAD MEAL, and I've literally been going for YEARS. 11/10 food, service, and you will NEVER have a bad meal... Artis is the longest open restaurant in that building since I believe it was Bite Me Burger in the '90s!! They even survived Covid and THAT speaks volumes in their location, and our community. 100% Worth Going!“

“Got to visit this gem on our bnb trip yesterday and I must say the entire setting was perfect. It was football Sunday, so not many people there at all which was perfect for us. Isaac was very attentive and detailed throughout the tasting we had, super affordable too. I hope to visit this location once I return, took a few bottles of wine home just to remember.“

“Not a bad little relative hole in the wall spot. Looks as if it opens up around dinner time, due to a larger space beyond the bar, more for larger parties and/or dinner service. Value for the money was good. Food was above average, interior was comfortable although not the most updated or refreshed, but the service from the bartender/host/service was top tier. Recommended spot and a place I would visit again if in the area. No complaints, outside of somewhat of an odd parking and access/entrance situation.“

“This is a must go winery if you are around this area. We were there early October 2022. We were just randomly pick a winery to go since not much water activity can be done due to the water level is so low in upper lake.When we arrived, we were greet with a sincere smile from Liza. Compared to other winery, this view is absolutely gorgeous. You will see it the pictures. Liza is very freindly, attentive and knowledagable; she provided excellent service. We tasted 6 different bottles - 3 white and 3 red. Their Sauvignon blanc and reserved cab are pretty good. We stayed there about 2 hrs, very comfortable, we are relaxing, talking; walking and taking photos.“

“The food was beyond good. Everything was fresh and hot . Friendly service, all my questions were answered, and my order was made correctly. I have a picky son . That doesn't happen often. Our order was done fast and brought to us with a smile.The grilled chicken sandwich has great flavor and thick and juicy . The bun was soft and easy to chew. The fries were amazing. The trip sandwich was excellent soft and tender. The bbq sauce was so good wish I would have got a side of it and I loved the macaroni salad. I definitely recommend this place.“

“DJ's pizza is by far the best pizza in allll of Lake County. Sure you can go to the other guys pizza. Located in HVL or clearlake. But, your pizza will have frozen cheese and the worst ranch in life. It's all about DJ's. DJ's is the best hole in the wall freshness in all of Lake County.“

“Can u Please tell Alvarez restaurant in Hidden valley Lake that the service was wonderful~ I wanted cold tea but didn’t have so she made warm tea & added ice! Tasted so good~wow~ the portions of food was so big I’m still eating my burrito & still have 1/2 left!! When menu says ‘Super size’ they mean it! Excellent👍😋“

They have monthly live music and word on the street is they're transforming their outdoor patio into a little oasis by Summertime. DELICIOUS and fun margaritas you won't find anywhere else in the County and just an all around great place to go for lunch, dinner or after work drinks with friends. Gracias, Cabo's!“

“This reminds me of a small diner in San Francisco, very good egg foo yong. Probably one of the best I’ve had although it is a bit on the greasy side, but still pretty good. And the hot and sour soup was delicious, large portions. this could have easily served two people. Price was a bit high for lunch $$$ but the owners and the chitchat and the visiting made up for it!Dietary restrictions: I’m sure anybody on any diet would do just fine here. The vegetables were very fresh and hot that were on top of my egg fu yung .Wheelchair accessibility: I’m pretty sure any wheelchair can fit through the doorway.“
