Good ice cream as usual 2 stars because the only male worker on October 2, 2023 around 7pm gave me and my wife dirty looks when we asked to change the size on one ice cream ( before it was scooped) and then asked for a milkshake gave us dirty looks both times.

Be EXTRA vigilant when using your card to pay at this location & continue to monitor your account because I got an unauthorized & fraudulent charged from them. At 1st, I thought it was a transaction I made 12 days ago that just went through, but when I looked at my transaction activities, that transaction 12 days ago posted the day after already. I looked at the unauthorized & fraudulent charged and it showed that I inserted my card at around 4 am at the store. The store is not even open at that time & I physically still have my card, so that was impossible. I called to let the store manager know & for him to be aware, but he got super defensive, denied that the store had anything to do with it, and blamed it on AT&T for making my unauthorized & fraudulent charged. I should've known better to stop supporting this store & that they were up to no good, when this other time I was charged for an extra ice cream & the lady who served us the ice cream got upset that I want my money back for the extra charge she charged me. Just be extra vigilant if you plan on supporting this store!!!

Love the ice cream, however very disappointed with not supporting customers needs. My 9 year old daughter needed to use the restroom after eating her ice cream, only to find out that both restrooms said out of service. Then we see the staff member walk out of the restroom room, still shaking her hands as to finish drying them. I ask my daughter to check with the staff and see if she could use restroom because clearly the staff just used the restroom. My daughter said she had to go really bad and could not wait. The staff member stated to my daughter that there water is shut off. Very disappointed with this business practice because clearly your water is working. I will not support this business any further. My family loves baskin robins, so we will make the trip to the Herndon and Clovis one.

The staff here is excellent! They are kind, considerate and efficient. I had a medical emergency while there and they took care of me and the situation as if they were family. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.❤️

Okay on food but when you ask for a two scoops make sure the you tell them what you want loud enough.

Today Labor Day we went for a banana split to this location in Clovis unfortunately I can't upload pictures of the condition of this place but it was filthy!..floors full of trash the counter very sticky we ended up not buying anything!..Nasty place!..

Drive across town walk in at 8:53 order a milkshake and they say we don't that after 8:50 lazy people will not bother going again
Two stores in one, which seems common with Baskin Robins and Togo's. This location has decent traffic and the three girls handling both do an outstanding job with customer service. Super friendly and polite, I'll be back!

The place looks dirty and the employees have ugly attitudes. They don't allow kids to use the restroom which is ridiculous.

Let me first say that I have a soft spot for Togo's. My university had a Togo's which got me through a lot of finals and long days. Needless to say, I see Togo's through rose colored glasses. That being said, this location is hit or miss. There are times when the sandwiches are great and times when it's just okay. Like today. Went in today and my sandwich didn't have a ton of flavor. I got the #31 Clubhouse Melt. The sandwich was just okay. I normally get a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup but did not today which was probably a good thing. They were also out of white bread and chicken of all things. The non-icing on my non-cake was how flat the soda was. It didn't have any carbonation. I was disappointed today but I will give them another chance. I can't help myself.
