I have been to 5 different locations of Burger King in our city of Fresno. And Clovis, I cannot believe the number of times of certain things always out of stock. Sometimes they have no fries, no. Ice cream Sundays no soda such as Diet Coke. If they're out of French fries, they offer onion rings. Sometimes they're out of spoons and you have to use a straw to eat your ice cream Sunday when it's available. Overall, I always have my chicken grilled sandwich. It is amazing. But I am just surprise on the stock of products so low and when you talk to others about it, they have witnessed the same thing. So why is burger king doing this.

I love the food here Burger King is really good reason why I am giving it a one-star because the worker was very rude I ordered a lot of food and then she messed up all my food and then I started telling her what I actually wanted and then she starts going through my food without even asking me and then she just gave me it back and then she fixed my order can I ask for sauce ranch and BBQ and she said I have to pay 30 cents but I got a 20 piece chicken nugget very rude service

This fast food restaurant is OK to eat at, but beware… People like to steal from that parking lot by busting your windows and taking it inside your vehicles while you’re grabbing a hamburger. The establishment has no working security cameras and is not a safe place.

I got a soggy bottom bun.. The guy was cool and replaced it, they forgot to put cheese into the burger tho.. I realized it when I was looking at the app. Definitely doesn't look like what was advertised.

Food was good. They are alot better then the Clovis/Herndon location. Occasionally they are out of toppings thats why i gave a 4 star. Other then that all good in the hood.
They have good coupons that come in the mail. Good for when you're on a budget ?

If I could give this place ZERO I would.Where do I begin. Their customer service is by far the worst. They also are always out of everything & they don't tell you until you pay. I once asked forBBQ sauce because i had got chicken nuggets & they tryed charging me, so I got off, went to speak to a manager & told them whT the worker had said & the lady didn't have nothing to say. That's the last time I went back. I always used to go due to it being near by, but now I rather drive to the herndon/clovis location.Also, they always package the food in a hurry. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE & if you go, you will know EXACTLY what I am talking about

Waited forever for someone to acknowledge us, 3 workers around & no help , didn't have whoppers, no juices for kids meal . Walked out, didn't order anything, never will go back . If I could put no stars, I would, really bad experience.
