Just came through drive thru to order and had the worst experience ever. The lady that was speaking to us through the intercom was continuously yelling at us. I had also had coupons to use and my partner had told her we had coupons when we pulled up to the pay window, and she proceeded to yell at us as to why we didn't tell her in advance when ordering and then proceeded to be irritated with us and told us in a rude sarcastic tone that we had to wait now because we didn't tell her in advance about the coupons.

Food was great, but the service made me want to shove rusty heroin needles into my testes. The interior wasn't too bad, but say again, it took us nearly 10 minutes of back and forth asking what i wanted on my burger. Shouldn't affect your stay here, just my only concern.

Shift Lead Mikey is extremely unprofessional and combative with customers. Refused to complete my order the way I've ordered it for over a year and have had no problems at at least 6 other locations. I get a big hamburger sub beyond patty with ketchup and pickles. I do it this way bc whenever I order the beyond famous star I always received my order incorrectly. (It also happens to save like $1.50). When I went in store to try to get my order (orig tried the drive thru) I was met with stares, whispering and side eyes the whole time. Drive the extra few miles and go to a different location.Vegetarian options: Beyond burger is tasty but usually a little burned.
