I ordered the double western bacon burger with a 5 piece chicken tenders, crunchy beef taco, and a chockolate cake for a dessert. I was notified that the tenders would be coming fresh and let me know the expected wait for them. After the time specified, my food was brought to me even though I asked for it to go, and it was all nicely bagged in two separate bags held by a bigger plastic bag. And when I got home to eat it all, it was still hot!! Very good service and very good food. I'd reccommend this location to all my family and friends.Vegetarian options: Their vegitarian options are amazing. The fact that I can make any burger or sandwich into a lettuce wrap or swap the meat for a beyond is very helpful.Parking: The location of the parking is very accessable and good. There are plenty of front row parking spots that arent handicap and a whole second row right behind.Wheelchair accessibility: Ive noticed the store has many open seating with handicap markings right on the table. Chairs occupy the spaces but can easily be put aside for wheelchair accessability. The doors to enter the store have easy grip handles, and theres a ramp up to the sidewalk, not just all curb. Overall very accessable.

This location never seems to get the order completely correct. I've asked multiple times for well done burgers and they've never been well done, I've had them give me (and charge me,) multiple times for double burgers when I ordered a single. Their food is really expensive, I expect them to at least get the order correctly. The Herndon location gets everything right, every time and the service is great...go to Herndon and Clovis Ave instead.

I ordered for pick up it was paid for already and when I picked up she asked for my id I did not have it on me due to the fact i was on lunch and went really quick I understand it’s a policy now I guess but even after I showed her my order number and that I was charged already she did not want to give me my food like ok??

Always enjoy there food but the drive through was slow with getting me my food. Asked for me to park out front and waited over 20 minutes for my order. They didn’t look busy at all. I was the only one in the drive through.
