If you want to wait over 20 minutes for 4 tacos while people who ordered after you are eating then have fun. This happened the last two times I visited. Oh and the food was sitting in a box on the counter so it was cold by the time I got to eat.

My recent visit to Karlitas was a complete letdown. Not only was the food underwhelming in flavor and authenticity, but the prices were exorbitant for what was served. I've had better Mexican food at fast-food chains like Chipotle, which at least deliver on taste and value. After spending a small fortune here, I ended up with an upset stomach, further highlighting the poor quality of the ingredients used. Save yourself the disappointment and skip this establishment. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in the area, like Don Pepe and Pico De Gallo, that offer superior fare without breaking the bank.

I’ve been eating here since I was very young over 10 years now ! It’s a family business and the food is always amazing and fresh and delicious ! It is always the best and never once got me sick not a single time in ten years unlike many other restaurants in town this place is clean and safe. They are such kind people and the food has been the same quality and same taste no matter who is working! The new churro cheesecake i hope they keep it on the menu it’s the best cheesecake I’ve ever eaten!

I got a carnitas and lengua burrito, the meat never hit the grill, it was not good, my wife got enchiladas, we waited 15-20 min for the food and the enchilada plate wasn't even hot. Not going back. Horchata was good, chips, salsa and guacamole were good.
A truly hidden gem in Clovis. I am so happy they were able to move into a bigger location from the small building near Peacock market. The staff is friendly and the food is fantastic. This is my new go to market for pre-marinated asada and asado.

Tacos were good but my chile relleno didn't look like jay wu's. I had totally different chili inside. Almost tasted canned or pickled. Certainly not a poblano. Sorry i didn't get a pic.
